I say do away with one or both mid cabins stick your galley below add a dinning area get more sitting space on deck and enjoy your sail. No way 12 people are going to enjoy that limited amount of space.
I have never owned a boat and I still think this is the dumbest idea, your food will be covered with flys when in port, the only place to get warm and out of the weather is in your tiny ass room with no way to steer the boat in heavy seas if your even close to a knockdown all your food is gone. the rooms are tiny with what I can tell no windows. I would never ever ever ever cross an ocean with that thing

You wouldn't even bother putting sails on the thing. Just a day charter around Sydney Harbour would be about it
Or just buy a different boat.

корпус от Джано 490, палуба новая. Конечно же это не для океана, но на две семъи и по Адриатике или Средиземноморью - вполне!
