    It's the most fun my brother and I had driving up there. So beautiful once you're surrounded by those pines. The air may be thinner but it smells divine. Thank you for sharing!

    Love this drive and mountain! Nothing like doing this on a motorcycle 😂. Also appreciate how this driver uses the pull outs!! Wish others do so🤔

      Ha! I love all the pull outs available on this drive! Perfect for views of the city and photo ops! But I’m like you-I wish others used them more! 😂😂😂

      😄
      I read your comment before I watched the video, and I thought "Oh, they're going to stop and enjoy the view from the turnouts."
      Then I saw them letting traffic go past.
      Ahhh, yes.🤔
      I always let people pass, too. No point in holding up traffic.👍🏻

    Can you describe the beauty of that mountain in words?
    You have to see it with your own eyes 👍👍👍

    We watch YT vids on our 78" TV, so a video like this looks incredible. We would also love to see this drive, in it's entirety, in real-time. Some stops at scenic overlooks, too. That would be a lot of work though. Maybe we'll just wait til we move there and can do the drive ourselves! Thanks for sharing the beauty.

      So glad you liked the video! Yes we can do some of some Mount Lemmon pulls offs; they are all gorgeous!

    That's the Catalina highway. The Mt Lemmon highway is a jeep trail up the back way!

    • @TucsonArizona
      @TucsonArizona  5 месяцев назад

      Yes! Catalina Highway changes names at the base of the mountain and becomes Mount Lemmon Highway all the way up the mountain and then around the northern side into Oracle. Both drives (from Tucson and Oracle) are awesome! And beautiful for different reasons! 😍

      @@TucsonArizona I go by what the street sign says! When I moved here, it was hard to find people that actually were born & raised her because most people moved here from somewhere else, me included. When I found people that were born & raised here, they each had a different story & they were all wrong! They all heard it by word of mouth & everybody heard a different story! The first time I went up the back way there was 1 street sign which read my Lemon highway. It was left there for historic value. Calling Catalina highway, Mt Lemon highway is just a nickname!

      Thanks so much for the view and comment! Unfortunately, this video is only the drive, but we have many other videos on this channel about all the other amazing things that Mount Lemmon has to offer 🥰 That place is such a sanctuary! 🌲 ❤️

    I was looking forward to seeing the video, but why is the playback so fast?

    • @dkrohn8126
      @dkrohn8126 2 года назад +1

      It takes like 40 mins in real time at the speed limit. Long video in that case!

    • @frankgreco
      @frankgreco 2 года назад

      @@dkrohn8126 But that's the beauty of it, right? There are plenty of silent long vids here on YT that are quite beautiful and relaxing to watch.

    • @TucsonArizona

      We can release another version of the actual drive (approximately 45 minutes from the base to the top)… it’s a gorgeous drive. We honestly just didn’t think anyone would be interested in watching. Most of our videos are around 8 to 10 minutes long so we didn’t think our viewers would be as interested in watching something that’s so much longer, but if people like it we will provide it! 😊 thanks for checking out the channel!

      @@TucsonArizona Both Tucson and the desert are beautiful. I wish there was a tad more humidity during the non-monsoon season; single-digit humidity is nasty.

    Just returned from a week in Phoenix followed by a week in Vegas. Little did I know I would be visiting the Devil’s playground.🥵🥵🥵🥵. Phoenix 102 to 103 and Vegas 112 to 113. Was Tucson just as hot😳

    • @TucsonArizona
      @TucsonArizona  2 года назад +1

      It’s been hot here but Phoenix is always hotter. I’m not sure our highs but I think upper 90s this past week. It’s been raining off and on so it’s been more humid. Highs for the next ten days are in the 90s up to 100 degrees. Mornings and evenings have been nice. Things always cool off in October…

    Why did you have to ruin this with such lame music... people watch these to hear the sounds of the drive, not that cheesy Fisher Price music 🤦‍♂️

      @PoliticallyIncorrect-rq2nn 5 месяцев назад

      I actually like the music especially the 1st one by To The Valley. It really fits the sped-up scenes but that's just my opinion. Anyway like a.treefullofowls said...no one exactly "forced" you to keep the volume on. Or watch this. It's Tucson's channel. Just enjoy the vid dude/lady; it's not THAT serious.
