Neha use neosporin powder on your stitches.. naha ke ache se dry karke cotton cloth se upar yeh powder use kro bahut jaldi stitches dry ho jaege and pus ka bhi dar nhi hoga. Maine dono time par use kiya hai ishka purpose yehi hai. This will really help. Aur Haan 40 days bs rest kro and healthy Khao yeh baad mai fark pata chalta hai. Koi imp. Nahi hai abhi kaam ,rest is important because mere bhi 2 baby c section se huye hai so i can relate.

We Singaporean (esply the chinese ppl here ) believe that too . Do not scratch but if u feel itchy just take a damp warm face towel , wipe the stitches area gently & dry that area .
