Kokushibo first tests his opponents' skills and then kills them, if Kokushibo was serious from the beginning, without talking, he would speedblitz everyone without difficulty. Honestly, Kokushibo, not only him but all the moons with the exception of a few, were nerfed by the rushed script. But the truth is that if there was no plot armor, script, and this thing that Heroes always win. The demons had won

Well, Gyomei and Sanemi are fundamental breathing users that's why they were top hashiras. Flame, Water, Wind , Stone and Thunder are the fundamental breathings and hashiras of these fundamentals are stronger than the derived breathing users, so the top hashiras are :- Gyomei, Rengoku, Sanemi and Giyu.
Rengoku is nowhere near Gyomei or Sanemi level. Below Giyu too but closer to his level.

@@John-Wick430 rengoku breathing may be stronger but in anime/manga he is the one of the worst hashiras and that wont change, he didnt achieved red nichirin or transparent world, so the top strongest hashiras are Gyomei,Sanemi and third is obanai with giyu we know giyu have stronger breathing but he didnt unlocked transparent world like obanai :)

@@John-Wick430 not only breathing counts to power of the hashira or potential, marks boost users a lot and obanai ahieved transparent world which is like cheating and giyu wasnt been able to so the diffrence getting smaller and from what we know the highest potential had muichiro with his derived breathing
