Someday your grandkids can go swimming there in your pool, Run around on your 10 acres, Someday get a big fancy Swingset, Sandbox, Rock Wall for climbing and a zipline have it go over your pond that would be so cool to do, Your yard is huge for that.

My gut feeling told me that after selling you would not be as happy in your new place. Let's face it, your home would be a Dream Home for many, and you got to make it especially for YOU! There's always time to "size-down" when your older. And If I were one of your kids, after moving out, your pool and basement gym would keep me visiting regularly! haha You were stressing over moving...don't continue to stress over staying! lol when you showed the trailer for the few seconds, it reminded me of years ago when yall did a recreating old photos video, when all the kids stood on the trailer trying to take a picture and it rolled away🤣🤣Good old days.
I feel it will all work out! Just think you’ll have a big house in the future for when your kids all have kids and can come home for the holidays and spend a week for Christmas! It’ll be worth the memories

Ok, so what are you doing for weightloss? Are you doing any programs, as far as noom or WW? I would love to know as I’m 45 and trying to lose some that I gained back from last year and am struggling. You all look great! 😊❤️
No programs this time. It started with eating less from being so busy with stuff around the house. Painting, cleaning, yard work etc. I was excited to see the weight start to come off. Then I noticed I got full a lot quicker from eating less calories /smaller meals each day. I drink water all day long. Ken tracks his food (I don’t) but it helps me as well. We still have days where we eat out and have pizza and pasta and such. But most days we are at home eating protein and veggies. But even then I’ll occasionally still make a box of Mac and cheese I don’t totally deprive myself of the things I like, I just don’t eat it every day anymore. If we have ice cream or something it’s once a week instead of every other day. when we have like a cookout, party or are going out to eat on our schedule - it’s like we plan ahead - eat most meals at home for the couple days leading up to those days so you have your bigger calorie days in moderation. I’d say right now we are eating in a deficit at least 5 days a week. Hope that helps!
I'm watching Dark Matter, never read the book, and it still has one episode left. I like it, but I was super confused in the beginning and throughout it if I'm being honest.
You and Ken are both an inspiration with your weight loss! I think you should go get some cute things for yourself as a reward. Doesn't have to be expensive. You deserve it.
Thank you! For me I feel like I’ve been losing the same 40 pounds over and over again but I’m finally where I was back in 2021 so now I’m making some real progress!! Ken is lowest he’s been in decades. He’s really doing great. No longer diabetic. I think for him the real difference is working with his doctor and following his advice with eating and such.
