    I flew with Norwegian from Bergen to Rhodes, 6th August-13th August very nice flights on the flight down to Greece we had some homemade wraps which were really good! And on the way home I wanted the grilled ham and cheese but they were empty, so we had the pasta carbonara and a coke zero very good actually the landing back in Bergen turned out into a butter landing

      yup! That was my original plan, I booked this flight around 24 hours before, and got driven away by the older 737 they were flying (I wanted to fly their max), I do definitively need to fly them on my next trip there

      Are they strict about the size of the luggage for under the seat in front of you? Online it says those need to be 38 x 30x 20 cm. However, most normal backpacks are more like 45cm high. Do they measure? Or is it more about the max. weight? Thanks in advance!

    Good Day to you! Thank you for sharing your trip there to Spain. I see that seat gave some room for your legs there and I am glad for you!!!! By me standing 6'2", I always look for the leg room when I fly in Economy Class here in the US. So, I look to always fly in the Exit Rows for that long leg room. Your flight was just under 3 hours and with the price I take it is was a nice price? Well, you fly safe always!!!

    I’m thinking of booking them from Copenhagen to Stockholm next summer. I would like to know if they have a good reliability record. We have a budget airline here in Australia that is notorious for planes being cancelled and not having replacement aircraft. We must make it to Stockholm as we have a ship to embark the next day. Norwegian offer the only direct flight I could find on this day. July 9th

      There is only that size max under the seat.. The rucksack will need to go in the overhead bin. It's not the weight but the actual size of the space...@@DajanaDarling

    Did Quentin join you on this journey or did he head elsewhere? Smiling at the international feel of this --you,a naturalized US citizen from Mexico,aboard a Norwegian airline--the cabin crew doesn't speak Spanish, you don't speak Norwegian so the middle ground is English! :) Any idea what the exchange rate was for the Euro vs USD? Did you make connections at BCN? I can safely say I will never step foot in Scandinavia much less Norway so commenting on Norwegian Air isn't possible.

    • @mstrmren
      @mstrmren 2 года назад

      Everyone in Europe speaks English. Some countries more (Germany, The Netherlands, Scandinavia) and some less (Eastern Europe) but in Western Europe, everyone can speak English, it's not a problem. Currently the exchange rate is 1 USD = 1 EUR, so not a big difference at all.

    I know Norwegian Air left a bitter taste in the sense that they demanded a whole bunch of money in tax incentives from the state of Rhode Island to fly nonstop to Europe from TF Green airport with the promise that they would help the airport be a viable alternative to both Logan in Boston and JFK in NYC. I don’t think it was two years after that when they pulled out leaving Green Airport high and dry. Unfortunately, it isn’t as if Green has international flights and with only two runways, I don’t know if that was necessarily a viable option.

      My original trip had me flying on all those 3 actually 😂. I ended up cancelling those flights and opting for an extra 2 full days in Oslo instead. Kinda bummed since it included Ryanair’s MAX and Eurowings NEO. Oh well

    Norwegian and SAS both sit on a painful torture rack being airlines flying in Norway. Costs for everything is through the roof; Flyr is went bankrupt in early 2023, they couldn't handle the costs with their load factors being below 75%. As for Norse, their reports are abysmal, with operating margins firmly in the red. But unlike Flyr, they're still alive as of Oktober 2023. If they can survive a few more years, then they'll likely succeed. But chances are good that they'll also crack soon.
