@@ClaytonSchickOutdoors I've fished the red river. If flows into lake Winnipeg. Oddly enough the walleyes are kinda green like the ones in lake Winnipeg. But not as define, at least the ones we caught.
Love the channel. Never caught a monster lake trout or a monster Walleye myself but hoping this year ice fishing I can… just don’t have the money for all the cool gadgets you got Clayton
When do they typically have thick enough ice for full size UTV’s up there? I called the resort and some transvestite answered and had no idea what I was talking about. He started telling me about the ice they have for making cocktails…
Hey fellas. Was wondering if I could get some quick advice. When fishing for late fall walleyes (Im in North Dakota), where would you tend to find walleyes on sunny days? Do they go deeper to get out of the sun like summer or this time of year do they tend stay shallower no matter what? We are having a heck of time finding them this fall. Thanks fellas!
Love the show I watch every video you put out. I really wanna get a hold of a couple of “if it ain’t chartreuse it ain’t no use” shirts for me and my father. There’s none on your website and I would love to get my hands on some.
You guys had a good work out on Lake Winnipeg!!! So many double headers - AMAZING!! Those Walleye's have such a nice green tinge to them!!! You mentioned Tobin - you HAVE to go back!!
Awesome vid buddy. I was there 2 wks ago and did not crank and I do regret it. We did a pretty decent job with jigging and lindy rig. We were 4 so cranking was not very convenient.
NIce game of inches bump board. Can't wait to start watching. Will it be the same as last go with one new one every week? I'd imagine doing it in winter was pretty tough?
This video reminds me of fishing lake Erie, with trolling those big deep diving lures. Water wasn't as murky as this but still always great to get on a good walleye bite.
How often do you get snagged on bottom and then cut it out of the episode. Because if its as often as I think it is you should make a "break-off" montage video just to make the rest of us feel better. It would also be a funny one I feel.
I honestly love every time you go fishing with Larry Enticer 😜 Seriously though, always enjoy when you've got Adam in the boat. You guys crush it! And who doesn't love that mustache?🍻
well LOTW was one of my lakes that's was on my bucket list, now that we fished it , i think lake winnepeg might have to be a new bucket list lake, Great action love the green backs
I was just revisiting an ice fishing laker video when the notification for this popped up. I enjoy your videos quite a bit. The content you put into your videos is fun and educational. Even here in the southern part of Minnesota some of the tricks will work to provoke a bite in these dirty muddy bowls of a lake. My goal is to one day make the short 10-12 hour drive and experience the great outdoors of Canada. Love the videos and the content. Cant wait for the hardwater season to start.
Awesome video. Is the water table low up their. I Fish sometimes on the Mississippi River and it is ridiculously low. The walleye are starting to bite.
If I ever ran into you at the boat launch I feel like I’d challenge you to aa derby 😂 thanks for the entertainment I zeroed on Lake Superior today looking for big walleye.. That’s right big fat 0 pulled cranks deep diving bandits for 4 hours and not even a touch , life as a fisherman can be tough … 🇨🇦🎣

Nice to see you slaying with your buddy. Thanks Clayton
So much fun!
How what a day. I've heard things about lake Winnipeg but this confirms everything. Might have to make a trip up north.
You need to!

Sir you are living the dream, keep creating those memories with friends.
Yes, I sure am :)
I wanna GO! What's the best time of the calendar to fish walleye in GH?
I really like the Sept-Oct period!
The trailer park boys are back 😎
Haha! Step Brothers :)
What was your trolling speed, and were you bouncing the baits off the bottom?
1.6-2.2mph on this day.

Great to see you out at the holy land...really awesome to see the cranks working.
Cheers my friend!
Would have been a perfect trifecta if Blair and Tlo were on the water that day!
WOW!!!
I always seem to catch bigger ones cranking.... good times!
Very true!
Great day fishing and another great video 👌
Cheers!
So why is the lake murky? I would've figured with such a big body of water it would've been clear. Never seen it before, is this an inlet?
Lake Winnipeg is never clear. The lake has a high nutrient level, minerals, and lots of algae
Love Clayton’s videos. Always very informative and fun.

Will have some on the website after the Winnipeg ice fishing show :)
Those fish look like they have LEAD in them.
HAH! right?
👍 …. what a day 🤯!! You and Mr. 30 are the best pair to watch, no contest there! 👏👏👏👏
Truth!!
How much do they weigh CLAYTON
The 29.5” was 11.3lbs. I don’t know about the rest :)
I just found your channel and this video, nice work! What time of year was this? Thank you!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who makes up names for my crankbaits
Beautiful

Appreciate it!
Love a good slay day with a fun partner like Adam! Great video Clayton! 😎
Always fun to fish with him!
Those are really amazing fish. The green is just beautiful. The size isn't bad either.
Such a gorgeous fish!

A lot tougher with 4 people no doubt!

Haha!! All good :). I’ll take the views over likes any day :). Much appreciated though!!
SOME BIG FISH!!! Holy crap ! Good day for fishing !
Great video. It was nice seeing you again Saturday.
Clayton you forgot your egg sinkers 😁🤣
HAH!!
Alright.. I can't take it anymore. I'm moving North
Those greenbacks are really cool to see without the stripes and brown. Going tonight with some stingers and 5" shinners. Jig n a minna baby!!
Awesome to see how it’s really done out there. Maybe I’ll be able to convince you guys to come back lol. Killer cranking vid for sure
Dude, you smashed fish too! I think you showed us how it was done :)
Can't wait for the Ice Battle. I love the competition vids between my favourite you tubers. Good luck buddy.
NIce game of inches bump board. Can't wait to start watching. Will it be the same as last go with one new one every week? I'd imagine doing it in winter was pretty tough?
There will be 5-6 videos a week across everyone's channels. Each team tells their own story.
NICE !

Nice video we used Canadian wigglers 30 years ago maybe longer on the Red River in Lake Winnipeg
Ya that was a dandy day of Cranking! Guys been Cranking the flats of Traverse Bay in the fall for many years.
Like I said I have no doubt guys do. Was just shocked no one was doing it up that way when we were there.
Walleye slam today! Great job guys!
love the green on them
Great video!! Were you using lead core?
I did for a bit, but then switched to a deep diver and didn't need it.
Thanks Clayton for going over what you both were using in the video. I pay attention and appreciate it.

Great slay day on the greenback! Keep that action up and you might want to take on Biofreeze Pain Relieve Gel as a sponsor to handle your sore arms.😉
Great video Clayton! What speed were you trolling at?
Can't believe they still bite in that muddy of water
