I feel like lots of people get scared with big purchases and warranties etc. Super73 has been nothing but amazing with helping customers out when they're in a pickle. Definitely one of the bigger selling points on these bikes - excellent company/customer relations team.

Z needs removable battery so i can go 12 miles and not wait 4 hours to go another 12, also not having a charge indicator sucks up too much time up, also u cant leave Z charging overnight cuz once full it clicks off the charger and the battery leaks charge at such a subtle rate that the charger doesnt click back on and I have to charge for extra 30min to and hour after expecting it to be charged from hooking it up the previous night, still best responsive well built original designed e bike Ive had.
man i was so ready to spend the 3k price for the RX if it was in stock. i cant wait that long to ride with my family. its a real shame. :( im stuck with a m70 from addmotor and it will have to do. maybe in another life time i will get a RX lol or if Tesla skyrockets to $7000 then im picking up 2.. lol.. gg

Nice bikes but not sure why the pandemic would effect your ability to answer emails or voice mails at your corporate number. Something that can be done from an employee working at home.
