I made this recipe from watching this video . It was my first time making soji ever . It came out perfect . Everyone enjoyed it throughly 🤗❤️ thank you for passing it on 👌🏽👏🏽❤️
Absolutely well done to your guest Prisha, I tried the recipe step by step it was perfect and divine💫 she is so beautiful and presented so wonderfully.
Today i tried this recepe step by step and i must say.. WOW.. Came out devine, looks exactly as is in the video... Glad i attempted this... My first try👌👌👌.
Awesome recipe. Followed this to the tee and it came out super Rich and delicious. My husband enjoyed it thoroughly and ate it everyday from Tuesday till Saturday as it’s just the two of us and our one year old 🥰
Thank you for your feedback. The dish can use anything between 500ml to 1Lt of milk, depending entirely on the texture of the mixture and your ingredients. For example, sometimes the mixture would be dry and would use more milk or if you use semolina, it would require more than 500ml of milk. It's best to have 1Lt on hand to be safe
Hi JH. Thank you for your feedback. We're learning as we go along and will definitely be more mindful of this. We're trying to strike a balance between giving the guest enough screen time (remember these are real people, not professional speakers and we want them to feel appreciated) and make sure we get an adequate amount of the cooking as well.
@@PassingItOn Your response is appreciated and noted. Be mindful that your recipes and videos are also mainly to teach and share and not so much about making the guest the purpose for your amazing videos 😁🙏🌹if we are to learn we need to be able to view each step instead of watching the outside of the pot. Thank you kindly once again😁🙏
I did make it and I must say it was so Devine.didn't need extra sugar, didn't get lumpy.perfect texture. It was just delicious.so much so that it is all finished, even the pot got washed😂
It will be helpful for your camera person films process of the soji in the pot as it is getting cooked instead of the chef. It's a good recipe though thanks 😊

Watching from LA

Amazing chef. I would love a fish curry and bunny chow recipe video
Can I use butter ghee instead of butter
Can you use ghee instead of butter
Percect soji!!! Thanks for the recipe
Hi Debisha. You're welcome. Thank you for the feedback.
Hi tried it and it came out perfect just like a good wedding Soji.
Just one Question ingredients said 1l but only used 500ml did i miss something.
I also noticed that I used 500ml to mix the mixture then added the rest shortly after. Whilst the pot was off the stove .
Presha ! Well done . And if anyone wants to add in an egg . Add it together with your milk .
Hi Tashnie. Thank you for the tip. We appreciate your contribution.
You usually add eggs for semolina as its rougher. When making with taystee wheat no need for eggs
Hi Rohan. Thank you for sharing this tip. It will definitely help people that prefer semolina.
Semolina and eggs u have the lump problem also next day get stiff
Such a sweet decent chef
You need to show more visuals of the cooking process in the pot together with the commentary. Thank you for the lovely recipes.

Awesome video, thank you. Will try this recipe at home :)
Hi Pretesh. Thanks for your feedback. Let us know how it turns out.
Great recipe thanks. This presenter is far better also 🤩
Love this channel!
Thank you Tia. If you have any suggestions, feel free to let us know.
Fabulous. From London
Hi Fiona. Awesome, thanks for letting us know.
how much butter did you put in
Presha I like your soji👌
Thanks Shalin. We'll let her know.
Thank you for the recipe. You needed to show the audience a little more of what the cooking contents looked like
Hi Mergan. Thank you for your feedback. I'll be mindful of that in the future. Regards Clinton.
The young lady was charming , so feminine and her demonstration was very well done.
❤
I suppose that’s the reason for not using much sugar It’s the condensed milk. Mmmmhm
How'd I get here
Okay ... she's so so pretty .... lol damn. Imagine the soji gents!!!
Soji is soaked over night, left to drain for an hour and the thick water squeezed out is used instead of soji.
It will be helpful for your camera person films process of the soji in the pot as it is getting cooked instead of the chef. It's a good recipe though thanks 😊
I like the chef more than the soji
why do you put the food colouring an spoil the traditional sogie
Heart attack in a pan
Agree but having a small amount of this classic dessert won't harm you. How often do we eat soji?
Too rich with added cream in addition to being smothered with butter
Who does not like sojji anyway.
Prisha you are a very beautiful girl!
Hey that’s my name my name is Soji Moriguchi
Lol, that's a cool name. 😎 What country are you from?
Phoenix gang
I really love your channel
Yes we are... But we accept videos from wherever ❤️
@@PassingItOn ❤❤
:)
Please use a wooden spoon instead of clanging the metal spoon against the pot. Sorry ur soju sounds yum but ur spoon irritated me
Thank you, we have made a note of this for future videos.
Thumbs up to the chef awesome Job👍what an annoying host/presenter🙄
Hi Simone. Thank you for the feedback. We're learning everyday. For the sake of improvement, what did you find annoying?
