Thanks Troy! That wheel is a 23x3.75" Wheel. Check out our website and see all the wheels we have to offer! I'm sure we have something that might spark your interest. If you are running a stock wheel setup be sure to check out our full wide glide front end kit for your softail. You will need the front end kit to run a wheel that big.

No. They fit fixed guard support rails. So it just becomes another Softail.

Does that rocker have handle bar risers or factory set ?

Those are the factory risers with our custom pull back bars and our speedometer relocation kit. We use this setup frequently when running our 6G gas tank.
