If the astrograph is not allowing you to activate the second effect to summon zarc you are forgetting a dragon. The Pendulum Dragon has to be exactly the Odd-eyes Arc and no other. The supreme dragons are not included in the astrograph list to invoke the z-arc, so you need to put them in the field or grave the respective ones: clear wing, venom, rebellion and the Arc.
to do the z-arc using the supreme king dragons or any pendulum dragon, only with miracle synchro fusion. Gate zero with gate infinity in pendulum scale can search

I use both. I change according to the needs of the confrontations. The 45 cards version has fewer bricks. The 50 cards one has everything I need

Do you need clear wing dragon for the deck? (UR one) because everything I try to do the combo, sorcery does not give me the option to summon the Z-arc
