That Trauma Cell definitely hit the hardest for me. I also like how the councilman's weapons are a bunch of shields- because he's always deflecting and making excuses.

@@windy4566 The Jailers are one thing. Sometimes it's more the fact that minibosses pierce resistances/drains, harder to stun, and a lot harder to get All Out Attacks on.

Feels like a remix but still good none the less. I prefer the original because of the pace of the tempo. It's like I'm savoring every note played. But this one makes more sense in Strikers because of the fast pace action while on the turn based one was more on pace with the battles since we could take our time with the turns and strategies.

I really liked this approach to learning about our opponents. I wish the origin villains had this much depth when it came to their motives and reasoning in the first game. They might elaborate on it in the anime, but I'll be sticking to the games.

What better way to show trauma in a natural way than in their own mind palace? The modt we got was small hints. They probably realized it after P5 which is why Maruki and P5 strikers took this approach.
@@revolvingworld2676 The way I saw it, there was no trauma for the original villains to encounter that we could connect with. You can see the different strides between both games. Sure, Strikers had to be more streamlined with their game villains, but they still made it hit home because of how relatable the villains were, Maruki and the Strikers Villains. You just can't connect with the vanilla villains because of the weight of the crimes undertaken. Okumura, sure, you can make a different argument for him, but what all of the other palace rulers did, aside from Futaba, were horrible in their own ways. You can't connect with the horrible the way those rulers had it.

Gotta say, this theme really made the Reaper fight fun as hell...and that pun's intended, 'cuz I was also pleased that the Trauma Cell was used for the battlefield, too. It felt like fighting in a small jail within the depths of Hell, and all the people in the cages were the spectators.
@@Irish_Enderman I've beaten SMT Nocturne on Hard doing True Demon runs multiple times, so I get it. Lucifer not only having no weaknesses but also reducing all forms of damage to 25% of their normal strength, forcing you to have Pierce on everyone, and being able to wipe you if RNG is even a tiny bit against you, wasn't terribly fun. But thanks to that I can't play any turn-based game on Normal or lower, lmao. P5S is different, but playing on merciless didn't make it any easier. The Pixies in the first real battle of the game can destroy you with Zio even with your NG+ stats, so I can only imagine was Reaper's like.

Although I think I was on an easier difficulty than the Arséne only fight so maybe that's why (I'm not one for difficulty in games, I don't mind it if there isn't an option for an easy mode, like hollow knight which is one of my favourite games of all time, but if there is I'll usually do that no matter how good I am at the game) Well I went on a bit of a tangent there, anyway Alice was harder than I expected and idk if I was underleveled or something, I wasn't on NG+ and I did skip fights wherever I could to speed it up (plus I like stealth)

How about we add a boss that heals and buffs itself continuously and also has really strong attacks and if you don’t knock it down continuously while it tries to buff it’ll be impossible to kill. Plus the enemies it uses are immune to most of the elements you use to damage the main boss or heal them plus Joker is so brain dead he runs into every attack the boss uses all the time?
@@SapunMan I think he does on harder difficulties. Just spam Ryuji's charge attack while his flinch protection is active and you'll be fine. Zenkichi's Fury also works if you got the Almighty affinity for it

Nah just use Wolf, Mona and Skull, Wolf does buffs+ debuffs, Skull for high physical dmg, Mona for healing and Joker for freezing, helping Skull out and dealing with other big guys

They turned a song that was 'okay' to 'real badass'. I think for me the emphasis on the guitar is what did it for me. Same with Last Surprise
