Can you explain on the last point on Life Cycle Policy - Apply rules to container or specific subset of blobs, upto 10 prefixes per rule. I did not understand the last part the upto 10 prefixes per rule part.

I have created Free Azure Account but while uploading anything it shows like I don't have permission to list the data using your user account with Azure AD. & Moreover while uploading it's shows message like Failed to Validate File names or something. Please Do Help me
You have no access with current credentials... go to storage account there you find access control click on it and add reader,writer and blob contributor access to the member of your same subscription which you use to login and trying to upload files.
"Data is the new oil" is only something a person with a motive would say. These two things are not really comparable. One can create energy for life and productivity whereas the other is merely information. (Try running your car on data, it isn't going to work very well is it?) I agree data is useful but don't even start comparing it with energy - they are not the same!
