since this game is now taking the indie game route, I wonder if this song is gonna keep the part that is clearly inspired by "Celebration", or if they're gonna change it.
I think that unless an entire song is a blatant copy I don't think they have any trouble having a similar riff to another song. No musician can copyright a small part of a song unless it's actually from the song and passes a timed threshold.
