Beautiful architecture (perhaps because my alma mater was nothing but "Brutalist architecture" and so you get to come to terms with its seemingly non-destructive concrete slabs, after some years). Among one of the dumbest decisions to build it that close to the edge. Have lived in Southern California for close to 45 years and have seen many dozens of homes, average to actual mansions, toppling over into the sea. Zero of the architects and builders of those endless homes ever thought Mother Nature would outsmart them, either. My god... we are so smart, and our engineering knowledge is so impeccable, nothing could touch us here, even as we're hanging over the cliff... 'cuz we drilled dozens of feet into the cliff itself!
