To expedite the marriage certificate, you need to request your Marriage Officiant to get a speed post and put it as Urgent when couriering them to Thunder Bay with the proof of urgency (letter, proof) as stated by "Service Ontario". Also, if you have already applied, you can contact Service Ontario and Fax urgency documents to them to expedite the process. Lastly, if you have not applied for it, you can visit Service Ontario in Sheppard Avenue North York and expedite it there. Make sure to bring letter and proofs for urgency.
