How do I get my PRTD, ( email..? ) if I'm applying out of the Canada?
PRTD cannot get email. It is instructions which you will get email after you submit PRTD. Then you will het those instruction and head to your local embassy in country like VFS in India, then they will take you passport and those instructions and stamp a VISA on your passport. That's PRTD. It is not a card which you can email it's an actual stamp on PASSPORT like a VISA. Hope this clears out.
I have a doubt regarding dates . If I will apply today so the days I have been out will start from the day I travelled to todays date of u need to mention my date of return to Canada
So, days you will be mentioning will be from the next day when you left Canada since that day is considered at Canadian Airport and uptill the day today. Since your plan can change later you might come after or before as well. So till today.

I have a question. 1.5 place you became a pr in Canada - what city do I have to write? I mean the city where I was living when I got ecopr or the office city where I got my ecopr(Montreal, Calgary, etobico…). Thanks for your help.
Hello, so I got my ECOPR in London, Ontario. So I wrote down London. Basically you have to write which city you got PR in and not the VISA office who gave you PR. Also, please subsribe if you have not already :).

Yes just a generic email you receive that your application has been submitted. Then once your application will be accepted you will receive and email.

It's the username and password for your GC key account. Which is for Government of Canada website. Just simply login with GC key account, if you don't have one you can create one and then pay the fees, it will give you a reciept at the end just save it and you can upload it. ✌🏻
I have a problem with question 5. Residency Obligation - Time Spent Outside Canada. I have been outside Canada since 2020 to 2024. I lost my permanent resident card in 2023 April. Should I answer no to question 5.1 Have you travelled or lived outside Canada in the past five (5) years?
Yes, so you did travelled to outside Canada in past 5 years then you have to answer it as Yes.

Basically write everything which is true. So if you travelled outside Canada, Yes and then tell the dates yes. Write the time you spend outside.

What I will suggest you, is your PR expired now ? If not, you can apply for PR card as lost. Then once you get PR card, travel to Canada and stay there to meet the obligations and then come back and renew card. Because my case was different, I applied PRTD because I did not have my PR card with me so it was not humanitarian and compassionate grounds.
I need urgent help. I’m applying for PRTD and I find myself struggling. My problem is should I include the day I traveled outside of Canada when answering this question. You must provide all your absence from Canada during the past five (5) years? Please it’s urgent, I need help.
What are you struglling with ? Generally it states that on the website you took flight on 15th you should not include that day outside Canada, since technically you are still in Canada. " The day you leave and the day you come back count as days in Canada even if only a single minute with either." There is also a calculator for days present on the internet for that. Let me know if you have more issues.

Basically time spend outside Canada, if you went outside Canada after getting your PR. That is what it is about. If you need more help let me know .

To expedite the marriage certificate, you need to request your Marriage Officiant to get a speed post and put it as Urgent when couriering them to Thunder Bay with the proof of urgency (letter, proof) as stated by "Service Ontario". Also, if you have already applied, you can contact Service Ontario and Fax urgency documents to them to expedite the process. Lastly, if you have not applied for it, you can visit Service Ontario in Sheppard Avenue North York and expedite it there. Make sure to bring letter and proofs for urgency. Just click on Other and upload it, make sure to mark yhe file as IMM5444 document and it will get uploaded :)
