The best way to get rid of that is to allow your skin to repair.If you are using a lot of brightening products, you need to put a stop to all of it.Then get a body lotion like CeraVe moisturizing cream or Vaseline repair body lotion,pair it with a mild NON brightening soap...Just give it time and it wil all fade away. Also avoid too much sun exposure. Also NOTE that green veins around the chest area as a woman can be normal.
So you mean you are scrubbing your skin and using the lotion even with the body oil and you are seeing no bright glowing skin? I hope your definition of glow isn't bleaching.

If you are naturally fair skin,the lotion won't darken you unless you spend too much time under the sun,So always use sunscreen. For the oil,if you have a very dry skin,then you should apply a body oil after applying the body lotion.

You can use the disaar vitamin c oil. The green veins will clearI used to have same problem.
