    Thank you for sharing info about Stuart. But what about the crime rate?

    • @nataliarhinehart
      @nataliarhinehart  3 года назад +1

      Most of Stuart is by highway US1. A lot of retail and what not is found there. Therefore, when you look at a map of the crime rate it might be shaded "dark" because there is more robbery in such places. However, Stuart overall feels and is safe. The crime has been steadily declining the last few years. Here is a link to the neighborhood scout for your review. www.neighborhoodscout.com/fl/stuart/crime

    When you say dull, do you mean like Fort Myers dull? Is it dull simple because they don't have clubs? I'm from Miami and I don't care about clubbing and partying but I don't want to move to some viejito boring town either

    • @nataliarhinehart
      @nataliarhinehart  3 года назад

      You totally made me laugh with the "viejito" comment... Yes, this area, not just Stuart, does not do the club scene, nothing like a Bayside either. There are community events but they are family oriented and usually during the day. This area is fun and entertaining if you like the outdoors, the arts, or sports in general.... Hope I answered your question.

    • @nataliarhinehart
      @nataliarhinehart  3 года назад +1

      You know Downtown Stuart is similar to maybe the Shops at Mary Brickell Village without the high price tag $$$$... Less than Coconut Grove because there is not a movie theater in walking distance... Here you have the bars and good food.

      Hi! There are many variables when purchasing a condo. For example, HOA fees, amenities, 55+ community, etc. Not taking into consideration any of that, you can generally find now a days 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 800 sq. ft. condo for about 180K.

    I was born in Stuart, Martin County, Florida in 1949. It was my permanent home of record for about 56 years. The place is owned and operated by the rich people. Their main plan is to protect and aggrandize their own interests. There is nothing new about false arrests and false accusations in that place. Growing up there in the 1950s and 60s, serial adult felons lived freely. Their victims, including children, who turned them in for their nefarious offenses were the ones who got in trouble for it, including being tortured to keep their mouths shut. Having enemies there can be fatal and at least harmful, leaving you no legitimate recourse through the legal system, unless, of course, you are wealthy and have connections and friends in high places. But then, they do not mess like that with people who have resources to hire lawyers and their own investigators. When I last lived there I got poisoned twice, I avoided being deliberately run down when on my bicycle in Stuart. The two driving the car in Stuart looked identical to the two driving a vehicle in West Palm Beach who tried doing the same thing there. They looked identical to the two driving a pickup truck in another incident in Stuart. There was much following and stalking. There were many petty annoyances such as extreme, deliberate, ear splitting noises produced deliberately. There is no help from the law there. Government there is as crooked as a cork screw. The crimes against myself I reported, most likely they did not even process the reports and put them on the books. Maybe that is how they keep keep their crime statistics lower, by not reporting when they think they can get away with it. The last harassment was a complaint by one person. He claimed to have a witness. He went to the police / sheriff and said I had followed him to his house, and threatened his life. I mean, they were actually questioning me and investigating and getting ready to arrest me for it. A deputy pointed out the miscreant who made the complaint. I did not know him. I had never spoken to him. I had no idea whatsoever where that liar lived. I had never uttered any kind of offensive statement to him or anywhere near him. Then, when I wanted his name and address to file a law suit against him, which I had a right to know, they refused the information. There are many underhanded tactics they use.

    I was thinking of moving to stuart starting over on shie string budget. I want to be with 15 minutes of the beach as that is one major reason to move to florida. To go to the beach to walk or jump in anytime I want..but as a renter, and out if state finding it tricky. One is lots of scammers. 2. Is, financial 3 is just the distance planning moving from MA to Fl. I really didn't want to rent in a high rise condo as I have 2 kitties who would like to go out...maybe I could rent to own or find a sm cottage in a neighborhood... I am just gonna relax about this and network the best I can. Nice presentation. I have only been to stuart once several months before the plandemic. And the downtown was cute. But some areas around kinda quiet and dreary ...I didn't know the area like you. Thank You
