Hello, I know your video is older, but hoping you'll stop by to help me with my question. I'd like to make this to pipe directly onto a sugar cookie (hopefully that works). But, I only have gelatin sheets (the smaller ones). I can't find any conversions for how many sheets and water I should use. Would you know? Thank you!
yes...i saw a lady selling a course where she does exactly that. also, she lays cookie cutters, like trees, on waxed paper dusted with cornstarch, and fills them in, too...
Thank you for the recipe.. sorry if my question is silly. 1. Can I replace gelatin with agar agar. ?? If so what’s the proportion please.. 2. My oven s starting temp is 90. What are the other ways to keep them warm?? Kindly adviseZ thank you.
What is the shelf life and can it be delivered to customers or will it spoil? And whst fo you call the tool and the liquid inside it that you used to draw the black details of the eyes? Thanks! You have amazing talent! :)
God I hate eggs. They're so temperamental😭 Edit: the recipe is good! Works well. The Marshmallows "dough" is difficult to work with, but it does indeed make marshmallows.
I loved the marshmallows
One question: if it cools in the bag, it hardens and you can no longer work with it or it does not lose consistency, thank you.
She says in the video she has her oven on to keep them warm.
What is the shelf life?
So cool
What mixer is this?!

What about adding some flavors into the mixture? 🥰
Can I pipe into molds if the molds are dusted with powdered sugar or cornstarch?
I was thinking the same thing!

Los malvaviscos no se hecha a perder solo se endurece si no están envasados.
Can we ship them??? Or it will be expired
How long did you bake it
I don't think those are baked.?
What is the Marker ?
Edible marker.
Google edible food art pen and you should find that brand.
Are the egg whites raw?
Isn't the second step pasteurizing?
So technically yes, but also no.

When did you actually put them in the oven?? you never mentioned this
you dont
They aren't cooked.
There's no need to cook them after the eggs have been pasteurized.
