Him being an animal rights is this how he treats that poor puppy by separating it from the only person it loves and trust all thought he can't provide with food and others but all he could offer is love and protection
It's always the VIOLENT people that tell you they are doing it for a certain "good cause." It's an excuse to steal and extort from people. He has ZERO right to take away this guys pet, homeless or not.

the dog was being abused by the homeless man, you ignored that part
@@chipbuttytime3396 so they claimed. but that is hearsay. you cant claim that as fact without evidence. what we saw was assault and theft on the homeless man from the "activists". it is far more likely that this group deemed it abused merely due to the man being homeless and assumed the dog was either malnourished or mistreated. they never presented proof even on their RUclips channel, so stop being a gullible dunce

The fact that everybody rallies behind the homeless man and not even willing to consider that maybe they are mistreating the dog is baffling.
This is not the endorsement you think it is.
Animal rights groups pretend to care about animals but really, how many of these animals end up getting put down in shelters? Give to the rescues instead. Animal’s right groups are not rescue groups. Beware who and what you support! Don’t just give without checking them out first.

If he "loves" animals and is "saving it" (ugh 😒) Why is he treating it like a toy?? So glad this guy got his dog back. That man needs to be arrested.
Thought that animal rights activists groups were supposed to protect animals, not throw them around like a toy and forcefully take them away from their owners who didn’t do anything. Absolutely disgusting.
I feel bad😢
There was a homeless man in the town near me that had his dog taken from him. A yearish before that happened I'd offered him food but he told me to get the dog food instead of him... Heartbreaking.

I have seen a few homeless men and one thing for sure which I can say about them is, if they have a pet, they take well care of it. They will never leave their pet empty stomach. And they will hold the pets close to their hearts, for that's the only family they have.
@BillKill-cr4sw Exactly
I don't know where you live, but most of the homeless people that i have seen beat their dogs, I've even seen this one guy that had a chicken as a pet, and he was kickin it over and over
He needs love, the dog needs love, a dog doesn't judge. If he's fed,

I'm not defending the guys actions at all, I'm talking from a legal standpoint and from rational thinking. A dog can't testify, animal abuse is determined by physical harm. The dog isn't going to tell you that it's traumatized. Animal abuse charges most likely wouldn't stick considering there was no physical abuse to the animal. However, it is clearly assault and theft.
Also, this happened in 2015. The man was charged with assault, not animal abuse, or anything of the like. Perhaps you should hold back on insulting someone who's right.
