Look to be factory. I have the same on my 03. Back in the 3rd gen days they were big and fiberglass.
Today they have the steel wedge body ( ugly as shit)
Or the smaller flair type. I like the smaller flair from the first gen or the new ones but the new look like mud flairs you get a vato zone
