Magic video, really. I just got to bed after a night shift and this managed to calm me down. You are very talented when you can draw such fine details even with such thick gloves. It's beautiful to see the nature awaken and to hear all the birds singing...
Everywhere is an experience I like this video and the images are amazing. You take the essence of the nature and the simplicity of the silent . Thanks to sharing the nature soundtrack
Thanks for the video. A short poem: A wild river covered with ice and snow, In a thundering city, comes to life with people, Family quarrels fade into the background, And this is a greater danger than wild water, Go on a trip, on a stormy river, When she's covered in ice, despair, Wild people, being near, danger, For those who travel alone.
Beautiful to see how the world comes alive again in the spring! Your filming and drawing...superb. Thanks so much for sharing the mystery...and ATB! Look forward to your next work of art.
Amazing video and amazing images you share the nature power inside our city’s. Sometime we can find the beauty of the nature everywhere around us. Thanks Erik for your time. You are a great player using the sound and the image. Thanks to share
Very nice vídeo, I liked very much the landscapes, the life in the river, the birds, the tranquility, and watch you're designs so beautiful and inspiring!! 😊🌱🥀🎉 Thanks!! 🙏🎉💐
unusual video of yours Erik, a lot of people and country village views, so unusual to see more than one man in a video:) Everything captured beautiful thank you.
Thanks Erik for a wonderful relaxing video the calmness, the sounds and the creatures all makes it an amazing experience, best way to enjoy nature listening to natural sounds
Thanks Erik for sharing, lovely Butterfly : kleiner Fuchs ( little fox) in german/ small tortoiseshell . Weidenkätzchen Blüten Willowtree Catkin/tree blossoms. Nice scene at 5:00. I like your drawings. Thanks Erik, all the best for you. Cheers
Hey Erik, sometimes your movies evoke "Jaques Tati" moments in my memory - that patient watchfulness that is content with simply 'what happens' and invites us to see such moments well. I enjoyed this very much.
Beautiful looking and sounding video as always Erik but just one thing. When you didn't give me the thumbs up after your first sip of coffee I felt my heart break a little. I felt like a child whos father didn't wave to him at the football game. You don't know how powerful your thumb has become.
WOW !! Sort of reminds me of a huge hippie gathering in California called "Burning Man" accept this is mother nature's version of it. That scene was busier then a church bizarre on Easter weekend with birds and critters. One big natural history gathering and you had a front row seat. I grabbed a screenshot of the scene you where sketching the blue boat. It's now my desktop at work. Great to see you up and out doing your thing Erik. Thanx for this and may the powers of the universe bless you. Scott
Quite unexpected subject matter, Erik. This post is very different. I wonder, what is it about Skelleftea that you chose it for this film? Is it your home, or perhaps there is some other connection that draws you to it? As always, superb presentation and thanks for your artistry and also for sharing it. Cheers.
I loved the sounds of the birds. Although I live so far away, we have very similar species at our lake and therfore similar sounds. Have you ever thought of selling your art?
I love a lot about winter, but isn’t spring THE most exciting time of year? We’ve had a pretty miserable one this year. Lots of rain, always around 5deg, except on work days of course. But the buds are showing, grass is coming back etc…
@@erik_normark Only joking mate, Im just envious of your surroundings being stuck here in the south of the UK where we need to travel 12 hours by road to get to Scotland!! Keep your wonderful vlogs coming in...

Wonderful! Lovely sketches. Nice closing scene with you, the boat, and shadows. Thanks for the fauna titles.
Silence and solitude are for me the essence of forest love. And coffee with pulla.

Another stunning video from Erik. Am wondering if you are selling any of your drawings?
Amazing thankyou

Thanks Rick. This is my hometown, and the river is a place I often go to, a beautiful area with lots of birds at this time.

I would totally buy an Erik sketch.
I was thinking exactly the same thing.

Yes spring is unbeatable! :) Unlike you we've been lucky to have very nice weather here.
i feel like i missed something important in this video, and am a little sad.
I gave you a thumbs up, but it's not the same. I missed it too.
💙💛

Was getting worried the video wasn’t posted on Sunday! Also, do you answer private messages on patreon? Thanks!
Yes it took a little Eastern break :) I will answer on messages, sometimes it takes a couple of days before I see it though. Atb
