Wake up everyone, Hunter just posted a new movie
P.S. just finished watching- this is yet another masterpiece of videography
You are too kind! Ive got alot to learn haha. Thank you a ton for the support. It means alot to me!
i’m addicted to these videos 😂
I've never seen more vacuum lines than Audi V engines. Especially with turbo ones. It's crazy how many there are.
@@Juntasification I'm shocked how many there are on this car😆
Take a look at the V8 in Lexus IS-F if you want to se many hoses 😂
Your words of wisdom have helped me move to a much better headspace... not only in my vehicle work pursuits but other areas of my life as well. Thank You! I really enjoy watching your videos!
Sundays with Hunter are the best 👏
Really love the cinematic quality of the videos. Excellent musical choices, great framing, wonderful story telling. 👍
Your calmness is how i think i am in the garage, but in reality i am dropping f bombs like a fkin pirate
No easy task finishing what someone started. Nice work!
P.S. WHAT'S IN THE BOOOOOX 😆
watched a few vids of yours now and its some of the most unique car content - an amazing storyteller and you have a brill way of making the car feel alive somehow, your comment about the car WANTING to be put back together struck a cord with me.. makes me want to give my car even more love
Absolutely love watching these videos! You're so close to firing it up for the first time!
Just love these videos of course and your cinematic style! Finishing breakfast this morning and out to the garage to balance my carbs on the 914…then that motor goes back in! Congrats on your progress with the Audi!
Thats awesome! I'd like to see pics of the 914 someday! Thank you for the support!
I was inspired to buy a Haynes manual for my e36 project car from your videos.
Love it, I’m addicted to your content !
Each week, I’m waiting for it !
Hope to see the S6 start or progress on other cars, next time
Hope things will go smoothly for you.
Greets from France 🇫🇷
KEEP EM’ COMING , one of the best definitely
All of this is inspiring lol. Has me wanting to fix things I can’t yet on my TT
The best way to learn IMO is to try something you dont know how to do.
Welcome back 🎉😅 Another great car video to watch ...
I get some Wes Anderson vibes from your videos, also if im not mistaken you seem to have a amphibia on your wrist in some of them 👌
Haha I do like Wes Wnderson alot! He isn't my number 1 director but he is up there for sure. Also yes! It is an amphibia!
Another awesome video bud. She’s starting to come together. Little victories are still victories. Can’t wait to hear it run.
Yes they definitely are. Aiming for next week for the first start!
Congratulations, well deserved!
SATURDAY
Great vibe, I enjoy the series... Greetings from Belgium
Greetings! Thank you for the support
Love your content. So happy I stumbled across it!
I'm happy you're here! Thank you for the support!
i learn so much from you thats so amazing
I strive to constantly learn, so I am happy to hear I am able to help people learn as well
You strike me as someone who should take on the nightmare of rebuilding a w8 Passat engine next😂
You’re so close!
I catch myself waiting for a new video to come, and there is it 😂
Every saturday right now haha! If it was a full time job the videos could be even better and more frequent haha
I love this series I watch every weekend 😆👍
another banger woo
I'm actually doing the same thing to my motor right now along with a 6-speed swap
6 speed is definitely in the future!
love every video
Nice
I want to hear it start more than you do
Cinematic masterpiece as always
Thank you!
Great film, as always. 👌🏿
They sell brass barbed nipple unions at ace hardware etc that would be a great replacement for that plastic vacuum hose extension
That's awesome to know! I'm going to go get some haha.
@@HunterDirection I’ve got the 2.7 turbo b5 s4 and those also have brittle plastic vacuum and coolant unions and tees as well lol.
P.S I love your videos dude, very well done great inspiration for movie and car lovers keep doing your thing!
@@injifata I'm excited to get back to my 2.7 haha. Turbos are going to be a fun project!
Great job as always the quality of production is amazing. What gear are you using?
I've got a couple different cameras right now. I really love the color science that the blackmagic cameras have so my main ones are a BM Cinema 6k FF and a pocket 4k. I've also got a number of lenses for each haha.
geting close now
New drop, huzzah!
Ok I've seen you use all manner of things to clean but not too perfection. First buy a cheapo parts cleaner, itll bring its moneys worth with a good month of usage and itll be much easier to clean stuff with. Second you can use oven cleaner to get rid of any stubborn grease on aluminum engine parts and then use aluminum wheel bright to get them back to shiny white aluminum again.
Fantastic ideas! Once this car is out of the garage we will be making some additions to it and stocking it with more tools. Those are definitely on the list now!
A tabletop parts washer should be in your future... :)
That sounds awesome!
@@HunterDirection @HunterDirection Big Red makes one. An ultrasonic cleaner is a big plus too. Greetings from another guy with old cars... :)
You should do an episode where you come to my house and fix the other other S4 I just bought.
Lol 😆 could make it a travel series
👍🏼👍🏼
Hello I just got my S4 and it’s going to be a long journey but il make it!
Yes you will! Super rewarding too!
gyeahhhhh another video by hunter 🥳🎉
You probably should have taken apart that intake manifold and replaced the flapper
Edit: I heard you mention rebuilding the intake.
Yep! I'm trying to balance upgrading and seeing if this engine runs at all first. I don't wanna do too much to it until I know it doesn't need a full rebuild. I will definitely rebuild that at some point!
WHY SO MANY LINES!
Right haha. Very audi of them to make NA complicated lol
I apologize for acting like a fool the other day and deleting our conversation; I was stressed out and shouldn’t have taken that out on you.
@@DustySteel Hey no need to apologize! I totally get that. Life gets super stressful
