Adding a New Floor and General Surgery | Project Hospital

Hey Guys it Is nice to see you again, I am Gerewolf. Project Hospital is a realistic hospital simulator and management game. The whole idea is to start with a small clinic and work its way up to being a national hospital! Today General Surgery is a new department being added on to the hospital, but it will only fit if there is a second floor!
