Paksiw can last without spoiling if you dont add water. You can also add eggplants sliced thinly.
Oh My Goodness! I am craving for galunggongfor ages😢😅
Paksiw is cooked the way I like. Lots of green chillies! What are the green leaves please madam. We use guava leaves sometimes. Yummy with unli rice 😂😋😋👍
Young mango leaves.
i love that. It is smoky since it's cooked through firewood. One thing id like to add? Bittergourd and Okra. Nothing I will change. Probably add boiled egg too in the middle. But, that's my favorite of the dishes. I always forget I'm on a diet when eating fish paksiw
That fish is also delicious when you grill.😋

inun unan in bisaya❤
a sheet of banana leaves or cacao leaves will also do thing,
you can also add one of your choice either a sliced eggplant, camote tops, or bitter gourd will do on that paksiw dish.
Thanks for the tips!
Mathew 4:4
4 But He answered and said, it is written, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Nature is good for your body and this couple are living healthy by living in a open fresh air place and Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God is very good for your soul for He is the only way, the truth and the life, and will give you everlasting life.
Amen
❤❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍😊😊😊😊
I like the design of the pot. Where can I buy that?
you should put black pepper alsi
I love paksiw. You can use fish sauce instead of salt, it's more tastier.
Thanks for the tip!
Inun-unan don't have fish sauce. Southern Visayas and Mindanao we don't usually use patis.
This is my fav Paksiw na Isda ❤
My Ilocano foster grandfather would absolutely love how this was made! The only difference is he'd make it spicier and probably add kamias to it as the source of sourness.
Fish Paksiw ✅
Paksiw sa Kamias ❓}
Paksiw sa Sampalok ❓} when? 🤔
Paksiw sa Sampalok ❓}
Pakleb tawag nun sa iloco. Pag gumamit ka ng prutas
I don't put water in my paksiw. Just vinegar, salt and spices. You may add eghplant, okra or bitter gourd if you like.
Brings back childhood memories when my mother used to cook isdang paksiw. It's a delicious dish. Thank you for sharing.
My pleasure 😊 Thank you for watching!
That looks very delicious. You could add eggplant or a little bittergourd for more veggies in it. A pinch or two of sugar will also balance the flavors.
Yes thank you! 🥰
