I think you would have an easier time if you alched the neva miss targeting and gotten the 203 instead of the camo. I get a 420 alch+ 203 plane (and some camo detection) on almlst every expert map and it usually allow me to save for a spectre or large part of beat 63 while saving for something else
I'm surprised the spectre performed so poorly to be honest. Also I think you would have done so much better if you just bit the bullet with the first village and went 2-2-0 instead of 2-0-2. Would have saved money considering the second village and could have given all your towers MIB bonuses instead of just the spectre

The heli pilot and the alchemist destroyed you. You can't buff the flagships planes. The better play would be to buff the ods
