ROBENS CHASER 1 / Testing Out My Ultra Lite Thru-Hiking Gear

Coming up very soon Iam taking on the West Devon Way , which takes me on a 38 mile thru hike from Plymouth to Okehampton. So on this episode I take some of my Thru Hiking gear out on a midweek camp, just to check it's all fit for purpose.

Nice vid mate, that Robens tent has a similar look to my Scarp 1, seems to have plenty of porch space too. The s2s quilt looks nice and small when packed up, I'm currently using the s2s spark 2 sleeping bag, which packs to a similar size. Good idea to test your gear out first 👌 especially with a good selection of beers 😊😊 atb Paul 🙏 🏕🏕🏕😁

I've spent a few weeks in this tent and I really like it!
It's a bit "advanced" to work with but once you get to know it it's very quick to put up..

Yes I totally agree. You see all these pin out points and think they all need to be pegged but as you've used it a few times you realise that you don't. The pin out points are for all the different configuration. It's actually a really good tent
