As an American that doesn't get to travel nearly as much as they like (especially the past few years), it's been nice living vicariously through you (miss the UK - last visit was 2012). If you decide to live your life without a camera running, that's fine, too. You do what you want & need to do.

I think we just like to see what other people’s daily lives look like and their routines, it’s a nice form of escapism from our own lives. Also not being in the UK I love watching what people in other countries get up to and snippets of their town or city that you wouldn’t otherwise see because it’s not a touristy place. Pumpkin spice is just "cookie spice" in the Netherlands and it's very very old. Sinterklaas has so many things flavored with that. But the speculaas cookies are around all year and you can even put them on bread with nice butter. They even sell tiny sprinkle type ones for on bread. LOL the Aldi/Audi thing is So funny!

Just so you’re aware, andouille, pronounced an-do-ee, is a cajun sausage (hence why it’s spicy). Andouille is excellent and well worth looking up what recipes you can use it with!
I normally hate Halloween, but this year I'm going to make it an occasion to give myself something to be excited about 😂 I am Australian though, and it has been 36 degrees at least 2 days a week here in Sydney at the moment, so no autumn stuff for me (extreme fire warnings are not exactly the vibe)
