I'm trying everything I can for my frozen shoulder. This exercise is recommended by several people. Just one session helped some. It's a slow process but it's all helping a lot (hanging, dowel on my shoulders, overhead pulley, light weights, physical therapy). Thanks for the clear explanation.

Okay - I was having some shoulder pain that was starting to get out of hand when doing certain exercises and movements. Specifically, at the start of "flys", sometimes even during incline bench press, and when reaching out and somewhat behind me for anything. I was getting ready to schedule an appointment with an ortho doc to get a cortisone shot which I had done once before, after having had my shoulder imaged to ensure there was no structural damage. Thanks so much Jeff for your videos, I'm 41 and have been struggling with my shoulders for years now, many doctor visits, MRI's, sleepless nights when I would work out and try to push through the pain. Thank you. Just thank you. I'm a house painter and have been suffering for years now. After 2 weeks of doing these stretches I can move again. The constant pain is almost gone. You've saved my life. Not exaggerating. I couldn't do my job. Pain is a killer.
@@bjjfreak8261 I had a similar problem where any press movements made a crunching sound, after doing some shoulder mobility for 2 weeks it's all but gone :)
This video along with the lat stretch and shoulder pain and popping video seriously just eliminated the MAJOR pain I've been having all week. I have myofascial pain syndrome and I live in Denver which makes it worse. So glad I found you! Thank you.
Omg, this is the first time I've ever seen Jeff tell us to internally rotate the shoulder-AS FAR AS YOU CAN! Who are you, you monster, and what have you done with our beloved Jeff Cavaliere?!
Had some serious issues with my shoulder. It came to a point where i could not even overhead press anymore. this really helped me and now I'm back at it. This guy is the best!
Ive been battling a shoulder impingememt for 18 months. This is the first time i feel like im getting to the root of the problem. My bad shoulder had about 40 degrees less flexibility than the " good" shoulder. Thank you!
I just want to take the time to thank you for all the great stretches and strengthening exercises you've given me over the past few years. You are making a positive difference in people's daily lives. Thank you!
I have serious shoulder problems and my physical therapist just gave me this stretch. This guy isnt one of those regular people selling junk through emails. This stuff is legit.
Wow, I have had a nagging left shoulder pain a good while that limited my workout & weakened my left arm. I had to stop working out because of it, then sleeping on my favorite side became agonizing to the point of thinking about getting an XRAY. I'm so glad I researched and came across your video. I incorporated your stretching exercise along with a few other stretches and by late last night felt a knot break up that alleviated my shoulder pain altogether..Thank you so much!
Thank you! The pain I’ve been having on my rear delt area for the last couple weeks went from an 8 to a 2 instantly after doing this stretch 3 times for 30 seconds each. Thank you! Your videos pop up right when I need them!
Jesus. I had a few injuries from sports and a car crash. Because of overcompensating I guess my posterior capsule got wrecked. I did this stretch for a week now and I've literally never felt this good in a decade. Thank you so much!
Wonderful tips. I have had pain in my shoulder for four days. Slept on it wrong. And this is easing my pain. I am in exams at school and have no time right now to go to a doctor. Thank you.
this helps a lot for a person who's been bed ridden for almost a year and a half. I needed this due to an accident I was in. I've been working on for two years trying to get my body straight again
This is one of my favorite stretches! And at 48, this stretch allows me to keep doing upper body workouts. Thanks Jeff for the anatomy lesson and the stretch. 👍
As a swimmer who blew his shoulder out because his posterior capsule was way too tight. This stretch works magic. Obviously still have shoulder issues but this got rid of a lot of issues I used to have. This guys knows his stuff.
This helped me a lot. I had pain in the muscles of my shoulders and after 4 reps the pain was gone! I'm no body builder, I'm 6 years short of retirement from computer work which is just about the worst for shoulder and back problems. Thanks so much, will be checking out all your other videos. Have you got something for inflamed muscles especially legs and sciatica (I was a runner)? Sports messages have helped but were incredibly painful. Just noticed he has 4 million subscribers! Oh well good for him he deserves it.
I really have to try this because I've been getting so frustrated that I can't get proper muscle soreness or tears in the gym due to my left shoulder not allowing me to do proper form or actually isolation of the muscle and I think this may fix it. I'll be back in week on shoulder/trap day and bring results!
ahowls ehh kinda. I felt the stretch but I think it may be more than just the muscle. whenever I try to do shrugs or anything on that side of my arm, I can't get the rip in the muscle. I tried shrugging the other day even after stretching with this method and I couldn't even squeeze my left trap muscle...
Idk how this stretch would help with your trap tho. I've had a tight left shoulder on and off for awhile now the back is starting to get tight this stretch helps alot but I don't see it affecting the trap
ahowls my anatomy is weird. you have to raise your shoulders to do trap exc. like shrugs and squeeze. your trap somewhat connect to your shoulder doesn't it? when you raise it, it also moves your traps correct?
I have very broad shoulders and I am a side sleeper. So I often suffer from pain in the middle of the night. I have been doing this stretch for about a week and already feel a great deal of relief. Thank you!
This has been bothering me for over a year and causes my whole back and neck to get tighter, felt relief after the first 3 second stretch, thank you so much!!!
I’ve been paying attention to myself lately, which most don’t do.. I’ve had an issue with my left shoulder for years where I couldn’t reach around my back and touch my scapula.. Very apparent in the shower.. Like most I ignored what my body was telling me, and I just worked around this impingement. I finally listened to my body, and found this stretch. It literally took me 3 rounds of this stretch, to fully loosen the tight muscle and I was able to rotate my palm all the way to the ground. No more tightness and now I can touch my scapula with ease.. Thank you for this stretch!
I come in love, out of genuine care I want you to know the good news! You are valuable, not an accident from nothing. “When I look at the solar system, I see the earth at the right distance from the sun to receive the proper amounts of heat and light. This did not happen by chance.” - Isaac Newton. You and I, we broke God’s laws, whether you have have lied or stolen, said a bad word, hated someone, looked with lust, blasphemed (saying OMG), so on. A just judge is going to punish guilty criminals for their crimes and we deserve to go to Hell for our willful crimes. Imagine you are driving on the road and a police officer pulls you over for speeding and gives you a fine. So you say to yourself, "From now on I will not speed ever again" and you don't. But does that get rid of the fine you have already received? In the same way in our life, even if we try never doing anything wrong ever again and just do good things, it doesn't get rid of the punishment we deserve for the bad things we have already done. In the speeding fine example, the only way to get rid of the fine is to either pay the fine yourself or have someone willing to pay the fine for you. So in the same way, either we need to take our own punishment in hell forever, or we need someone who is perfect who is willing to take our hell punishment for us. God in His love despite our hatred toward Him, made a way for sinners to be forgiven without violating justice. He took on flesh in the person of Jesus Christ. He lived the sinless life we coudnt, and then offered Himself on the cross as a sacrifice for sin. Jesus took the wrath of God you and I deserved, then rose from the dead! If someone takes your Hell punishment then you can go to Heaven and only Jesus the only one who didn’t deserve it did that for us guilty criminals. Good works or trying to be religious can’t save you, only turning to God through trusting alone in Jesus can, and not only will He save you but change you so you won’t want to sin anymore. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” I recommend reading the Bible, the Book of John to start. The Bible was written by 40+ authors in a span of 1500+ years with 66 books in 3 continents remaining consistent fulfilling 2500+ prophecies backed up with 25000+ archaeological evidence, with 57000+ manuscripts, 2.7 million+ texts. “The evidence for the life, death, and resurrection of Christ is better authenticated than most of the facts of ancient history.” (E. M, Prof Auckland University) Trust that Jesus took your punishment for you and so be 100% certain that you will go to heaven, causing you to start living your life for Him. We are not saved from our sins because the Romans beat up Jesus and killed Him! We are saved from our sins because when He was on the tree all of your sin was imputed to Him, and all the full force of God’s wrath of His holy hatred against you and your crimes, and me, and my crimes, that as a Holy God He must pour out. He poured out on His own Son! Trust alone in Him today, and tell others about the Good news of how they can be saved through Jesus as well!! “We have more evidence for Jesus than we have for almost anybody from his time period.” Scholarly fact. ruclips.net/video/XyNseXdd260/видео.html Jesuscares.com ruclips.net/p/PLIB6yPRxh47S75U6zAX10GPfygnbBoRIw ruclips.net/video/b5Ogh7IDgxo/видео.html
I love you I love you l Iove you I love you you're like an actual god, fixed both of my bad shoulders after a year of pain caused from high school wrestling. One of the best fitness youtubers out there.
Absolute money! I do a lot of combative arts and my left shoulder has bugging me enough to effect my lifts for two months. This just hit exactly where I’ve been feeling the discomfort.
Wow, you are doing for me so much. I have been in need of help for decades. Ive been to physical therapy many times but none have been something i saw fixing issues as indepth as you. Maybe I just wanted to get to it and not take the long road. I am a "just do it already" kind of woman , it has always been me and this is a no b.s. kind of way. I need it , I love it. Straight forwards and to the point. What I see the way for me. Ive been anxiously awaiting to get well . I believe this is the path to it , t h a n k s !
So tight scapular muscles can push the shoulder forward? I really didn't know and always thought muscles pulled and not pushed? Like if you have bad forward shoulder posture you'd have to tighten the muscles in your back and the rear of your shoulder?
Same here. But if you imagine like Jeff said that the muscle go around the shoulder, when the muscle tightens I guess it will push away what's in the way, the shoulder. I have this problem and will try this stretch and see if it helps.
yup , I had that for years and it led me to an AC joint impingement / injury and that probably led me to some arthritis in that same AC joint . Now i am completly f**** . although most doctors say I dont need surgery , they can't heal me ( it seems ) .
The muscles he is talking about(supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor) blends into the posterior part of the shoulder capsule. The shoulder capsule is made up of capsular and ligamentous tissue. This tissue adapts and shorten and will cause the head of the humerus(your shoulder) to move in an opposite direction(look: forward). Lets say you squeese a balloon on one side, the air shifts to the other side. Bad example, but anyway..
guys , I live in Brazil and I found an osteopath that is fixing me . Thanks god . I will be ready for the iron game in no time . I read a lot about it and to correct an AC joint injury / impingement you need to : start a good scapular stabilization program focusing on lower trapezius and serratus anterior to get the acromion “back in line” with the clavicle ; soft tissue and flexibility work for the pec minor ; increase thoracic spine mobility .If your thoracic spine doesn’t move, you’ll get hypermobile at the scapulae as a compensation - and we already know that’s not good. All that will help fix posture , avoiding and also treating AC joint problems
WOW. I have a right shoulder injury from the repeated stress of being a flanker in Rugby for 5 years when I was in younger. So I've had this injury for about 10 years now. In pretty much any other stretch I have evenness in how far I can stretch my right shoulder vs my left shoulder. However, this stretch exposed an obvious imbalance in my shoulder flexibility, which seems to have pinpointed the location of my injury. In the gym I can feel a difference in weight and sometimes my right shoulder experiences intermittent pain. I've had no idea where to focus on my shoulder or what I should do to rehabilitate it. I am very thankful for this video, I can't wait to practice this and see where my flexibility is on the right side in a few weeks. THANK YOU for explaining everything so well in this video, loved the anatomy portion.
this is a pretty damm informative channel, a lot to digest to be honest. with information, the more the better, even though I don't quite understand everything he says
I have watched so many of your shoulder videos, and for the most part, they have worked. But this video finally did the trick. I did this and it was the best shoulder pop of my life. Thanks Jeff.
Worked on a computer for 20+ years now, and have always been into working out. Recently really started to focus on my posture, and holy hell my shoulders were literally rolled forward. Never even noticed until I did this.. I'll be doing this everyday from now on, and just bought a good posture corrector for during work. You should get an app for all this stuff. Appreciate it man
This has been by far the best shoulder stretching exercise I have ever learnt..Everytime I have a stiff or painful shoulder, I do this and it just disappears..thanks for sharing Jeff
I am not an athlete but these shoulder and posture concepts are gonna make me a younger man soon! I’m on it to incorporate these into my life to reduce pain! Super excited. I’m telling everyone about you. Thanks
I don't get how when the infraspinateous, supraspinateous and teres minor become tight, they don't actually bring the shoulder back because they are tight. Brigning the shoulder to the front are the pecs, no? Shouldn't they be slacked by the rounded shoulder posture?
the humeral head sits in the glenoid fossa of the scapula, so when those muscles are tight, it may actually push the the head of the humerus more forward. Think of a golf ball on a golf tee and someone trying to push the golf ball forward. This long term "forward position" leads to tightness of the posterior joint capsule which leads to continuation of the forward shoulder position. So remember this is less about scapular position and more about actual glenohumeral joint mobility (which is why he always talks about "pinning down" the shoulder blade during this stretch). This is an additional reason for forward shoulders other then the classic janda upper cross syndrome (ie. tight pecs).
That did not answer their question. About the tightness issue....I think Jeff might be referring to the subscapularis muscle. He grouped this muscle together with the rotator cuff muscles but it actually inserts into the front of the humeral head therefore cause internal rotation. Unlike the rotator cuffs which cause external rotation. Tightness of this muscle, as can disproportionally strong pecs, could pull the shoulder forward. The reason you are confused is because Jeff's wording is wrong here, it is weak, not tight, rotator cuffs that cause shoulder instability.
Jeff you are helping me get my shoulder back without surgery and I couldn’t be more grateful! So many great shoulder vids and tips with things no one else touches on, thank you so much!
Dragos Romaniuc I didn’t even bother testing it lol. I just did the stretch, fingers didn’t touch the floor. It felt good. I’ll just do it a couple times a week now.
I'm far from a athlete, but watching your video and doing the stretch you demonstrated helped me with my shoulder pain just about instantly.. now its time to look up calf stretches.. thank for the awesome video!
Great videos. BUT I'm so confused about which exercises should I do in pre-post workout to stretch and prevent injuries. There are so much videos and stretching exercises that you showed.. It would be great if you would shoot preworkout stretching series for shoulder/chest/arm/lat/leg..
general rule is pre workout you stretch everything to prepare for the movement, post workout you warm down and focus a bit more on the bigger muscles. preworkout you can just warm up by doing the thing a lot of the time. use light squats to warm up for squats, light bench to warm up for bench etc
I am a fan from Hong Kong. I have been following your channel for years. And I wish to thanks for your effort especially you contribute to us whether we paid or not. 1. 2:10-2:28, Self assessment (internally rotate arm, with other arm hold lateral in place/shoulder-blade to ground, reaching across your body ) 2. 4:50 "Sleeper's stretch" (90* elbow bend , 70* arm/body bend, shoulder-blade pinned ground, holding elbow, pushing down arm with other arm towards ground with the other elbow 3:42-5:13) ---30 seconds each, 3 times, a few times weekly 5:35-5:40 ---Goal: touch the floor with fingertips, with gradual pressure 5:30
Kudos to you!!!! I stumbled over a very painful and life limiting shoulder impingment five years ago and the physio-therapist (do you call it that way in English?) mobilised my shoulder and causes a lot of pain during the therapy, but in the end it has been the only way to fix it because I wasn’t able to raise my arm in front of me. Front lifting, side Lifting and rotator pulls/pushes also helped to recover and to build up the muscles in that area. But in the end it was (for me) the better way than the doctor´s plan of making a surgery.... your Channel is really a great source of knowledge.
So I'm a bit confused. when I am doing this stretch, won't this support rounded shoulers? Because if this muscle is to tight wouldn't it pull the shoulder back?
I think muscle being tight is never good. It means its not moving when your body wants it to move. You want muscles 'normal' and ready to flex on command.
About 8 years ago a physical therapist showed me this stretch to help treat my bi-lateral shoulder impingement. Took me a long time but I was eventually able to touch the floor with both forearms. If you have shoulder issues, do this stretch. Thx for the video 👍
Jeff... you're a great person. I work too much & don't get to apply much of your teachings, but plan on doing so as soon as I get a better work: life balance... I just really appreciate your dedication to educating people how to care for their bodies.
Jeff... I just started watching your videos. They've been extremely informative and helpful. This one though might top the list. I've been having extreme issues with tightness and knots in exactly this area which has adversely impacted my performance anything doing with my chest and shoulders. I'm literally trying that floor stretch right now. Hopefully soon my shoulders will be pain free and I'll be able to get that full rotation and reach my strength goals. Thanks!!
I love how he almost never has the mobility or stretch capacity he says we should all have. Shows he is human, and even if you look perfectly fit doesn't mean you don't need to work on some stuff. I just wonder why he doesn't given his level of knowledge and training.

Had some serious issues with my shoulder. It came to a point where i could not even overhead press anymore. this really helped me and now I'm back at it. This guy is the best!
wow man this stretch immediately started fixing my shoulder
It's magic dude
Yeah wow, i have a bad ac joint from early years and this is the bomb! Neck pain gone! Now I need to get as swoll as him
Been training my entire life. I have learned so much from your videos. So informative and no gym-bro crap. Thank you.
This truly help the first time I've been dealing with this pain for weeks... Finally relief
I feel the same way!!
I incorporated your stretching exercise along with a few other stretches and by late last night felt a knot break up that alleviated my shoulder pain altogether..Thank you so much!
what were the other stretches that you've incorporated if you don't mind me asking?
My shoulder was killing me for three days . I did this stretch and my shoulder popped instant relief . thanks so much Jeff you are truly a legend !
love to see a video from you on fixing un-even shoulders....addressing the cause of raised shoulder.

There it is
Amazing. Been having severe shoulder tightness for a while now. Did this stretch for 45 seconds and I already feel better.
Most effective shoulder stretch I've ever come across..adding this to routine.
Jeff has best practical usable advice around. He thinks n acts like a scientist, utility driven. 👍👍👍
Thank you! The pain I’ve been having on my rear delt area for the last couple weeks went from an 8 to a 2 instantly after doing this stretch 3 times for 30 seconds each. Thank you! Your videos pop up right when I need them!
Happy tht you are doing okey ! What about now?
Jesus. I had a few injuries from sports and a car crash. Because of overcompensating I guess my posterior capsule got wrecked. I did this stretch for a week now and I've literally never felt this good in a decade. Thank you so much!
One of the most painful yet rewarding stretches
Wonderful tips. I have had pain in my shoulder for four days. Slept on it wrong. And this is easing my pain. I am in exams at school and have no time right now to go to a doctor. Thank you.
thanks man, I only watch your channel know, I don't feel confident in other trainers anymore. ....I can't thank you enough ...
this helps a lot for a person who's been bed ridden for almost a year and a half. I needed this due to an accident I was in. I've been working on for two years trying to get my body straight again
This is one of my favorite stretches! And at 48, this stretch allows me to keep doing upper body workouts. Thanks Jeff for the anatomy lesson and the stretch. 👍
Stop talking like youre old Jason. You're only 48 ffs, it's not like you're almost in your coffin yet.
As a swimmer who blew his shoulder out because his posterior capsule was way too tight. This stretch works magic.
Obviously still have shoulder issues but this got rid of a lot of issues I used to have. This guys knows his stuff.
Did it for 30 seconds and already feels a little better. Not nearly as much popping and random noises coming from my shoulder as usual.
Thank you
This helped me a lot.
I'll be back in week on shoulder/trap day and bring results!
couldn't really get the 1st stretch to work :/ idk why but the second one definitely felt great
Chris Rodriguez is it getting better?
ahowls ehh kinda.
This video REALLY IS KEY for ALOT of shoulder issues. I use this stretch in between some presses.
I have very broad shoulders and I am a side sleeper. So I often suffer from pain in the middle of the night. I have been doing this stretch for about a week and already feel a great deal of relief. Thank you!
Likewise
This has been bothering me for over a year and causes my whole back and neck to get tighter, felt relief after the first 3 second stretch, thank you so much!!!
WOW!!! That was amazing, instantly felt the tightness and already feels a little looser, will continue to do this stretch. THANKYOU
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
I recommend reading the Bible, the Book of John to start.

I love you I love you l Iove you I love you you're like an actual god, fixed both of my bad shoulders after a year of pain caused from high school wrestling. One of the best fitness youtubers out there.
Probably the most eloquently explained solution. Fantastic! After 8 wks intense pain this stretch gave me immediate relief :) Thanks very much
Can you please do a lower back stretch?
yes
+Exploding Potato Try some hamstring stretches.

Absolute money! I do a lot of combative arts and my left shoulder has bugging me enough to effect my lifts for two months. This just hit exactly where I’ve been feeling the discomfort.
I actually felt a knot loosen up when i did this stretch 😳 wow
What was your shoulder issue? Has it improved?
Look at some of the other videos. It is a pulling, but it's a bit hard to understand without looking at the skeleton.
Seriously the most helpful channel
This guy is the IIIISSHHH!!!!! I had this shoulder pain for weeks and just after one stretch I feel a lot better.
Lots and Lots of Thanks
"Internally rotate your shoulders as far as you can then bench press your one-rep squat max"
I've been doing this for a few days and it's definitely giving me my shoulder back.
Don't see info like this on any other fitness channel
+digwillhachi Have you tried MobWod? O_o
+Kenneth Winces that's what I was thinking. Kelly and Jeff need to do a collaboration!
this is a pretty damm informative channel, a lot to digest to be honest. with information, the more the better, even though I don't quite understand everything he says
Frank Chen grime is completely separate to drill mate
I have watched so many of your shoulder videos, and for the most part, they have worked. But this video finally did the trick. I did this and it was the best shoulder pop of my life. Thanks Jeff.
I want this guy right next to me all the time
Gaming Authority well, i dont want to do that! But to each their own!!! :)
Gaming Authority ummm
Ac stages of injury
I feel he'd correct everyone's muscle imbalances and injuries lol
😂😂😂 no homo me too
Worked on a computer for 20+ years now, and have always been into working out. Recently really started to focus on my posture, and holy hell my shoulders were literally rolled forward. Never even noticed until I did this..
I'll be doing this everyday from now on, and just bought a good posture corrector for during work.
You should get an app for all this stuff. Appreciate it man
Hey thanks for the tip I've had trouble with my shoulders from scaffolding and this will be great from better movement and hopefully mote mobility 👊
This has been by far the best shoulder stretching exercise I have ever learnt..Everytime I have a stiff or painful shoulder, I do this and it just disappears..thanks for sharing Jeff
Incredible. I notice a difference straight away. Thank you so much, from Afghanistan.
I Injured my right shoulder in high school, lifting heavy weights without 1st stretching. Your video helped me a great deal. Thank you
4:15 you need a wide-angle or full-frame camera. I can’t really don’t get what you’re doing in this part.
I so Not get That either
the humeral head sits in the glenoid fossa of the scapula, so when those muscles are tight, it may actually push the the head of the humerus more forward.
The reason you are confused is because Jeff's wording is wrong here, it is weak, not tight, rotator cuffs that cause shoulder instability.
yes I know
Subscapularus does INTERNAL rotation, other rotator cuff muscles do EXTERNAL rotation.
Jeff you are helping me get my shoulder back without surgery and I couldn’t be more grateful! So many great shoulder vids and tips with things no one else touches on, thank you so much!
how can i keep my lat in place if i dont have a lat?
+Mike Lee just to be clear, do dynamic stretching before, static stretch after. Otherwise you will lose power and potentially set up injury.
shoulder
me too
David Huff is this safe to do with dislocated shoulder
I am a fan from Hong Kong. I have been following your channel for years. And I wish to thanks for your effort especially you contribute to us whether we paid or not. Most importantly, your tips all work out, I can prove that, I really hope a pro like you provide service in here that I would definitely join and visit very frequently. Cheers
1. 2:10-2:28, Self assessment (internally rotate arm, with other arm hold lateral in place/shoulder-blade to ground, reaching across your body )
2. 4:50 "Sleeper's stretch" (90* elbow bend , 70* arm/body bend, shoulder-blade pinned ground, holding elbow, pushing down arm with other arm towards ground with the other elbow 3:42-5:13)
---30 seconds each, 3 times, a few times weekly 5:35-5:40
---Goal: touch the floor with fingertips, with gradual pressure 5:30
God bless you. So many doctor appointments and PT appointments cancelled and not needed with this RUclips channel….
why the hell anyone just dislike your videos.... that's why aliens don't talk to us.
Shivang Sharma LOL
All the v shred fans🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Probably the competition 😅😅😂😂
Lmaoooo
Meexxpower exactly lol so confusing
I think muscle being tight is never good. It means its not moving when your body wants it to move. You want muscles 'normal' and ready to flex on command.
no, because its inserted in a mobile portion (the scapula)
About 8 years ago a physical therapist showed me this stretch to help treat my bi-lateral shoulder impingement. Took me a long time but I was eventually able to touch the floor with both forearms.
If you have shoulder issues, do this stretch. Thx for the video 👍
When I do this with my right shoulder it's a lot more painful than my left, is it just really tight or should I stop doing it as it might be injurrd
Jeff... you're a great person.
Thanks!!
Right away my shoulder feels a lot freer and now doesn't pain much during internal rotation! Thanks Jeff!
I love how he almost never has the mobility or stretch capacity he says we should all have. Shows he is human, and even if you look perfectly fit doesn't mean you don't need to work on some stuff. I just wonder why he doesn't given his level of knowledge and training.
Your videos help me recover faster and better than then way I used to feel. As well as helping with soreness / light injuries. Helping forge Monsters out of men.
This was sweet! Especially the second one. Just when I thought I'd have to wait long for a physio, no need now. Many thanks.
Kevvy InGodITrust I’ll give you your first like 👍
thank you Jeff I had a pain in my back for a year with shakes and triceps pain no one understood doctor physiotherapists and chiropractors that it depended on the undercapular thanks to this simple exercise I'm so much better thanks again for your videos are wonderful hi from Italy
Hey Jeff can you do a video on the AC Joint injury recovery and exercises to help heal the joint. I hurt my shoulder due to bad form on the bench press and after doing some shoulder broomstick drills it got worse. Thanks
My physical therapist assigned me to work on this sleeper one, but I had a hard time remembering how to do it until he took a snapshot. I wish I'd thought to come on here sooner. I NEED to work on these this weekend, but 3-4 sets/day. Thank you!
My shoulder was messed up. Did both things and it cracked and I was able to stretch good for a week. A month later and it seems everything back to normal lifting good. Thanks a bunch.
Edit: Didn't fully work. Still have pain. Frustrating.
That escalated quickly.
Lmao
You’re probably doing workouts that are causing you damage
Mike from Elk Grove California age 63. This Is really helpful, informative and very important for anyone. Since I'm just started my ISSA Personal Trainer course very educational for me. Thank you
