Hello! We are the Beard Family. My husband Cleveland and have been happily married 19 years. We are raising 5 wonderful children. Clevon (19) Jalen (18) Iyanna (16) Dejah (14) and Janiyah (8). I am a content creator who loves to vlog our daily lives in hopes of inspiring and spreading love to our extended RUclips family. My channel also has hair and wig reviews. Some of the great things we have accomplished is reaching over 200,000 thousand subscribers, becoming a Fullscreen partner, and giving back to our audience. I also love to cook, go shopping, and visit Disney World for family vacations. We currently live in Ohio but our future plans is to buy our dream in Orlando, Florida someday soon.

Your systolic (top number should be under 120 mm Hg) AND your diastolic ( bottom number should be less than 80 mm Hg). So you want your blood pressure readings to be under 120/80 mm Hg. Both numbers have to under the baseline, but because your diastolic number was over 79 it read your blood pressure as high. When I was in nursing school the baseline was 120/80 mm Hg, now it has to be under those numbers. Hope this helps!

Yes, as other Javonees' noted 120/80 is the norm. the most likely reason the bottom number is slightly high is you been running around doing your errands, and packing. i would not worry about it. i know you be glad when the moving process is done and you're all settled. My family and i sold our house and down sized. We are currently doing renovations of the bathroom and kitchen. Even though I'm born and raised in NY, I graduated from

I can't wait to see how you all decorate your new home! If your looking for home and especially bathroom and bedroom stuff check out Roses Discount Store sometimes they have cheap decor in yellow and ect. They also changed the normal blood pressure range 120/80 so that may have been why it read high being at 81. That cheese does look good!
