Your live time for me here in Australia is 9am Sunday. My daughter's 18th party is the night before. If I drink what I think I'm gonna drink, I'll catch you on the replay😂🎉❤
I cannot wait to hear your thoughts on the bamboo batting and the pounce pad. Both of those items I have looked at but have not purchased them myself yet. A friend of mine just downsized her fabric stash and donated it all to my sewing room. I bet my room is more of a disaster than yours. I now have motivation to get it all put away before your Live on Saturday!!! Also you scheduling on Saturday has given me a GREAT way to get out of dinner plans. 😂
Oh wow that was so nice of your friend to share the goodies! 👏🏻💖 I feel like I’m constantly cleaning my workspace LOL! and so glad I could be of help to avoid dinner plans 😂😂😂 I’m here for you! 🥴
Yay i love that you keep flying higher & higher and showing and teaching us so much, Never can learn too much. Cool pattern & hope to see you Sat. Loved your spiral quilting! Think i forgot to leave a comment when i watched. I think i got part time memory loss. LOL Thank you for the pattern
Oh I will do my best to be at your live and sewing along. I have used a pounce pad once before and had great results using the white chalk. I have a blue pounce as well; I think the instructions suggest doing a test first to be sure it will wash out. So fun to see you try new things Miriam ❤❤. The quilt pattern is adorable
Sooo excited to make this! I just bought all my fabric: backing binding and batting too😊 I’m so sad that I will miss your “live”. Saturday is date night for hubby and me. Hope it’s a success because I plan to catch them in the future.
Oh awesome!!! I'm so glad you like the pattern! I'm excited to make mine too! And date night trumps a livestream! I hope you both have a wonderful evening!
I'm going to try to join you Saturday. I have my grandson on Saturdays, so that remains to be seen. I may or may not be asleep! That kid keeps me moving. Gotta love him though! I think your quilt pattern is adorable. I love your colors, they are quite a change from what I usually use. I may have to saunter on over to Hamilton to get my fabrics in the same colors as yours. Thanks for sharing!
Any excuse to make a quick to Hamilton is a good idea 😉🥴💖 have fun your grandson! I’d love to have you at the live, but totally understand if you’re too tired! 💖💖💖
I made my first quilt sandwich over the weekend (ofc i used glue), and my new foot gets here just in time to quilt it during the livestream. I'm so excited. Also, I'm in love with the colors you selected. Clementine is the name of one of my cats, so it's extra perfect. 🩶
Yay!!! That’s so awesome!!! I hope you post of pics of your quilt on Instagram! 💖 you’re gonna do great with quilting your quilt!👏🏻 and omg Clementine is such a cute name! Love it!🥰
I love your love of solids! I’ve always liked solids but was kinda scared to use all solids in a quilt bc they stand out so. Prints pretty much soften the look or design but solids make the design more pronounced and I love the fact that you just dove right in and they’re beautiful. I love the pink and orange combo! 😍 It’s great that you are using solids with your patterns bc all we normally see are prints - so know that you are a breath of fresh air 🥰💯 I look forward to your LIVE Saturday and I know you’ll do just fine 💯👍🏼😉🥰💞 I will enjoy the free pattern also 😉 thank you so much for sharing 😍
This makes me sooooo happy. 😍 I love gingham combinations of any colors and years ago my Daddy and Momma square danced. Win win. ❤ I've got the live put into my calendar and as of now the date is clear so I'll be praying it stays that way. 🙏🏻 I love all the fabrics you got!!! Gorgeous. I don't think I have time to order from MQC so I'll have to see what I have in my stash. I've already sent off for the pattern. I thought you already had a newsletter? 🤔 Give the sweet furbabies hugs for me. ❤❤❤❤❤😘
Yay! So glad you like the design!!! 💖 well, I DO technically have a newsletter but oh my goodness…I’m terrible at actually writing it. I actually just spoke to a mentor today about it, and I’m planning on getting back to writing weekly to my newsletter people 💖 I’ll give the babies lots of hugs 🤗💖💖💖 I hope you’re doing well!
@StitchObsessed I would be just like you with a newsletter. Don't stress. When you stress it's not that much fun. Keep creating and smiling that pretty smile, Hun. 😍
Super excited for the live Saturday!! ❤🎉 I will be working on my own project but will be there! My question is... How did you get to the point where you started your youtube channel and was it always a serious endeavor?
Enjoyed the questions and answers. Quick quilt, perfect size for summer as a lap /picnic. What is the yardage need from the 108 backing fabric? Would it be 1 & 1/2 or 1 & 3/4 yards? Did you consider adding any type of border or just sew binding on the the perimeter of the quilt?
Thank you! The backing you’ll need at least 1 3/4 yard of 108” wide backing. That’ll be 63” and the quilt size is 60” square. And you definitely could add borders if you want the quilt to be larger! I’ll just be adding binding to mine 🥰
Thank you for the pattern. I’m going to try to attend. If I do watch a replay, can you please clarify whatever you all are chatting about. Not necessarily read everything out loud but one of my pet peeves with some lives watched on replay, is when I can’t figure out what the heck host is replying to/referring to. Hope you get my drift. 😊
There's something with the chalk that you have to be careful with. One of the colors require special treatment to remove. I can't remember if it's the blue or the pink. I'm researching it now, but maybe you could ask your followers if they know or have tips.
I have a question for the livestream: What is the purpose of putting a flange on or next to the binding of your quilt? Is it just decorative or is it important to the quilt? thank you. :) I'd never heard of adding a flange to the binding before. I'm certainly not the quilting police or an expert quilter. Basically, just a beginner.

I love your realness. Cute pattern! It will be perfect for one of the quilts I make for donation to our local non-profit hospice house
That's a great idea! Thank you so much for watching 💖
Great color choices! Going to be super cute and easy. Need something like this for gifting!
Thank you! Yeah this would be a great gift quilt!
This pattern is so cute! I am so excited! Love that you are wearing a gingham shirt, too!
Oh yeah I had to wear that shirt for the video 🥰 thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing Missouri Star 20% savings.

Yay! Sounds good! Enjoy the pattern 💖
Thank you for the pattern, can’t wait!!
Yay! You’re welcome! Enjoy!💖
Thank you for the pattern. Might make it smaller for babies coming this year.
Oh yeah, if you used 2 1/2” and 4 1/2” strips instead of the 3 1/2” and 6 1/2”, the finished quilt will measure 40” x40”!
Looking forward to making this pattern, thank you! I’ll try to make the live on the 15th. 🤗
I hope to see you there! 💖💖💖
Thank you for the free pattern.
You’re welcome 😊💖
Thank you for the pattern. I can’t wait to make it. It’s so cute!
Yay! Enjoy! 👏🏻💖
Love your backing choice! Would love to hear about the batting!
Coming soon!💖
Miriam!!! So Cool!
Hey Zelda! Thank you!!💖🥰
I love that bamboo batting you showed. It’s my favorite. It quilts up so beautifully and is so light.
Ooo now I’m even more excited to try it! I’ve heard nothing but good things about the bamboo batting 💖
Thanks, Miriam!
You are so welcome! Enjoy the pattern! 💖👏🏻

Thanks so much!!
I hope you enjoy the pattern!!💖
Cute pattern! Thanks for sharing! 💕
Thank you! 💖
Definitely interested in hearing your thoughts about the pounce pad and stencil. I have both but I haven’t tried them yet.
Yeah! It’ll be fun to try them out!
Super excited for the live Saturday!! ❤🎉 I will be working on my own project but will be there!
My question is...
How did you get to the point where you started your youtube channel and was it always a serious endeavor?
Oooo excellent question! 👏🏻 that’ll be fun to talk about! Thanks so much, Annette 💖

Same! That is quite annoying! I’m definitely going to make sure that EVERYONE feels included and I’m filling you all in on what we’re talking about. 💖
Thank you. I wonder how straight thee squares will be with gingham. I meaning me.
I’m hoping with the cutting and pressing instructions in the pattern, it’ll be easy to have nice crispy squares! 👏🏻💖🤓

Great question, Ann! 💖 thank you!!!
Clever pattern title.
Ha! Thank you! 🤓
Is there a pattern for the butterfly on the wall behind you?
I did a video tutorial for the butterfly block 🦋 you can watch it here:
ruclips.net/video/_OJJbPysuqk/видео.html
No H in the pronunciation of the word gingham. Kind of sounds like gingem (rhymes with king um).
LOL! I didn’t even realize I said it like that 🥴 whoops! So I said ging- HAM😂🫣 how embarrassing
If you don’t know, you don’t know! ❤. Now you do ! ❤
She does these free. Why the criticism? @@StitchObsessed
I have always pronounced gingham as ging um. Maybe I am wrong. Who knows, it may be a Kansas pronounciation.
😂😂😂 someone else pointed this out too! I didn’t realize I said it “ging- HAM” 🤦🏻♀️🥴 whoopsy!
The H is silent.
It is pronounced ginger um
Ging-um
Hey sweetie, did you see my email?
Hey Tee! Yes, I did! So sorry it took me so long to reply! It's a busy time! I replied, hope it helps!
@@StitchObsessed Thank you so much, Hun. I'll go check now. 😍

So sorry, Michelle! Maybe you can watch the replay of this one and I’ll try to do the next one a Friday. 💖 I hope you have a fun family dinner!
