Great review. I own and love this game. It is very challenging. Just a note: 5:55-6:12 the step would be reduced to green from yellow. You went the wrong direction.
I was confused when staring this game, even more confused after watching tutorials. The app really helps to learn and enjoy this game though its paid version. The app made me understand and enjoy the physical game. The app has tournaments and record high-score of each game with other global players.
Friday is one of the best, if not the best solo game out there I have ever play. It doesn't rely on luck, it's thrilling and it's designed for solo, very fun. I still need to play Onirim, but Friday is amazing, it's one of the only games you won't feel miserable for playing by yourself and wondering why you don't have more friends lol. That's a big plus.
The only solo game I've played before is Onirim, and I found it overly simplistic (very rare that a decision in that game is tough). It looks to me like Friday is better in that regards, so hoping to play it sometime soon. Correction: I've also played the solo game Space Hulk: Death Angel. Better than Onirim imo... need to play it more to decide whether or not to keep it.
Nightfall reviews? Looking into these games because I enjoy deckbuilders and pvp, but I heard it can be really swingy and lucky driven in 2P formats, and it's typically just me and the wife.
$18 for the lowest quality paper cards, that are not even standard size so finding good card sleeves is not an option. I get people like the game but how does no one ever call out how bad the cards are, like come on. For a game that needs to be shuffled a lot to have such bad cards just means they did it on purpose so they wear out fast and you have to buy the game again, is the only reason I can think of for such low quality. Oh the best part is the 3 useless game boards are nice coated cardboard and the life tokens are wood, what a joke. Paper freaking cards.

I play Agricola as solo. I don't care if all my friends make fun of me. They're missing out. No shame, bro.
I have had this game for well over a year...it kicks my arse consistently!
I.. somehow understand Friday even less.

Thanks to your video, I know understand what the icons on the boards mean
This is a fantastic solo game.
+Mr. Horseshoe Yes sir, I like it.
agreed. This is a fun game. I have it and I have lost to it almost everytime. I don't think it would be as much fun as a digital version though.

I should qualify this statement by saying that I am not saying the game is rubbish just that the title unfortunately reminds me of that song...
Great solo game! Set up here is not at all correct, which is very important for this little but tricky game.
I just picked this game up yesterday. I've played it twice and I've had that song stuck in my head the entire time. An unfortunate side-effect.
Gang Fight! Gang Fight! The gang is down to fight, yeah! Have I bought some chicken for us to eat?
I suck at this game haha.
I still love it though :)

Reminds me of that rubbish song!
Not everyone wants to play digital games!
