Ingredients
Step 1
1/2 kg Basmati rice
1/2 cup of oil
1 big size onion
5 green cardamom
5 cloves
1 bay leaves
2 tsp of garlic paste
2 tsp of ginger paste
3 tsp of raw papaya paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of red chilli powder
1/4 tsp of Sweet Attar
1/2 tsp of rose water
1/4 tsp of cardamom powder
1/2 cup of curd
Step 2
1&1/2 Litre water
3 cloves
2 cardamom
2 inch of cinnamon sticks
1 big cardamom
1 bay leaves
1 tbsp of pure ghee
Salt to taste
Step 3
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of fresh cream
2 to 3 pinch of saffron
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of green cardamom powder
1/4 tsp of mace
1&1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
Step 4
1 tbsp of pure ghee
3 pinch of kesar food colour
