That was an excellent guided tour ride along. Great camera work and audio. I've owned a 2021 CB500X since new, but my 5'6 height has always been a bit annoying on it. It's top heavy, whereas the SCL is not. Not the bikes fault. So since the SCL came on scene I've been really interested in it. Essentially a 2021 CB500X kind of - same engine, wheels, brakes, gearing. I literally just cruise around agricultural back roads in NE Florida so the SCL would be a perfect bike for that. Thanks for sharing your ride experience. Definitely helps folks make an educated purchase since no one offers test rides anymore.
I sat on one of these bikes in a showroom today. It feels light. I'm nearly 6 ft tall and 200 ish lbs. I own a heavy KTM 1090R. How does your bike feel for long trips? Is it a comfortable ride for you?
It is comfortable. I have the tall seat on it also. It is a lighter bike so there is some wind buffeting at highways speeds that is consistent with a bike of that size. A great bike. Thank you for watching!
Your screen set up is essentially like mine on my CB500X. The spoiler on top really does the trick canceling the buffetting and high altitude bug spatter. Your audio was perfect so you did well.
@@findingneutral I was originally wanting the OEM top box but it was backordered for months with no known date so I decided to go with this one…it all worked out in the end. Thank you for watching!
Very enjoyable, nice bike. Thank you :)

What a perfect day!
Yes it was. Thank you for watching!

It’s a great bike. Thank you for watching!
What a beautiful place to ride. When i ride gravel with mine, i am always worried about the oilfilter sticking out. Greetings from Germany

Verry cool trip.
The Croatan National Forest is a great place to ride gravel. Thank you for watching!

Thank you very much for showing us around. Your little spot in North Carolina is quite beautiful. How long have you been riding a motorcycle?
North Carolina is a beautiful state…lived here all my life. I’ve been riding for over 50 years. Thank you for watching!
Where did you get those wind screens?
It’s a Puig Bat from Amazon. Thank You!
Should have bought a touring bike.

@@findingneutral even tho it looks horrible
The top box is a no-no. Get the left side bag for days out or for touring get a rack to put your bag on.
Thank you for watching!
I see Honda sells an Adventure Pack with a top box similar to yours. Actually yours looks nicer though plus the back rest.
