at first glance deinocheirus may look like a therizinosaur but it's actually a large member of the ornithomimid family.
I hope some in some way (as official release or mod), a Therizinosaur will be added to PoT, like Segnosaurus, Alxasaurus, or the transitional Falcarius.

@@samsonarshaw2712 its a ornithomimosaur, making it related to ostrich mimics like Gallimimus and Struthiomimus, it’s in the Ornithopod group which makes it somewhat related to Hadrosaurs as well.

Well seeing as it was a piscivore it’s bite against other dinos won’t be very strong, like in Jurassic park, when the spino kills the rex, if that actually happened the spinos jaw would break

For anyone saying path of Titans copied the isle this was announced a long time ago and the isle just announced theirs.
I have alot of people saying the pot copied the isle just friendly reminder just check out their video of all dinosaurs coming to the game and tell me that they copied the isle
The way I see it, PoT makes fun of The Isle dinosaur releases. My guess is that they plan out dinosaurs that TI will likely release, and when TI announces their development of a new dino, PoT releases that said dinosaur since they have it ready. It's coincidences for poking fun at TI.
But my theory could be all wrong 🤷♂️
Neither of them copied each other. This dino has been in development for both games for some time; Isle just kept theirs secret considering it's the community dino they wanted to surprise us with.

I also cannot help but notice that a certain competitor also suddenly decides to release Megalania and Deinocheirus concept art, when PoT has had those same creatures planned for years
You and me both, I'm shocked the community is not even noticing and saying "backers" asked for this. backers or not, they've done the same thing with sarco and released it out of nowhere, also rushing in gore, bleed, venom and everything else before the isle. At a point I could predict what PoT was bringing into the game, it was pretty funny. Just seems like a marketing tactic to bring this in now.
@@Aiden-my5mv Backers or not, they did the same thing with Sarco, it's a marketing tactic and they're trying to beat the isle to the punch which is childish in my opinion.
@@hollysaurus do you really think they made the model, did the animations, calls, skins, and everything else in the past 6 days just because The Isle released concept art of Deinocheirus? PoT’s been working on their Cheirus for years lmao, they release stuff when they want to test stuff, and since they added diet system awhile ago, people have been hypothesizing on Cheirus being added soon, and they were right.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they were privately testing it weeks before TI even released their concept art of it.

they changed the Daspletosaurus model a while back, hopefully a new dino comes out very soon. I hope the devs take there time and effort tho, don’t want them to rush.

@@Skyypixelgamer yeah I think they're pretty much done with all the original list of dinos but aren't going to add in the BIG BOIS yet. (I assume they might wait until growth or the combat system is done before adding in the last big dinos). Looks like their modeling and sound team are ahead of schedule since they put out 2 extra listed dinos. Sarco and Deinoch.

There's an issue that everyone is making for some reason. You got the basic idea correct that the primaries would start on the second finger (they wouldn't be full ones like birds like you have but whatever I guess) but they don't just erupt out of the finger. That whole finger should be feathered not just the base. That's not how wings or feathers work. Like we have fossils showing that.
