It is possible to install Windows 11 with the Windows XP host if your Computer is from the 2007,2008,2009 until 2012 era. Since computers in 2007 until 2012 are good on handling Modern Oses. But 2013 and onwards removed the support for Windows XP
Only drawbacks are that these computers are BIOS based & not UEFI, have hard RAM limits like max 8GB RAM, and the CPUs of those era are bound to scream and crawl, even natively supporting 64 bit.
