I can't express enough how nice this video made me feel, I live in a third world country and everything is dirty and broken so this video made me somewhat get a taste of what living in a nice place feels like. I just found this channel and I think I discovered my new favorite kind of content.
Another excellent video thank you, out of all the RUclipsrs I watch or have seen you are the first to mention or show that the police travel on the trains or that anybody was ever killed on the Shinkansen thank you for your honesty, I think none of the other tubers mention it in case they make people scared of the country as they always focus on how safe the country is but like all places all over the world there is good and bad
@@urieltamir91 Maglev recorded 603km/h in 2015. However that was a test run, so practical use is still ahead. Also current Shinkansen can actually run more than 400km/h, but for safety reasons they are operating at a speed limit of 320km/h.
After traveling to Tokyo a couple times and seeing many of your videos, it kind of feels like Japan is living in 2123 while the rest of us are back here in 2023 (or like 1953 here in parts of the US). I’ve been to quite a few big cities all over the world, and none even come close to the level of common sense automation and technology that seems quite common in Japan’s big cities. Combine with that the level of respect the Japanese have for others and their environment and it’s a place that is really unlike anywhere else.
If the Japanese truly respected others and the environment, they wouldn't forcibly discharge nuclear wastewater into the Pacific Ocean. Additionally, not all Japanese streets are clean; there are also areas with poor environmental conditions. Don't blindly worship, as the Japanese are not gods.
So funny you made this video now! I just finished two weeks of rail pass traveling around tohoku with mostly the hayabusa and yamabiko. (Well also went to Akita and Niigata). I stayed four days at the toyoko inn at shin aomori, super convenient. Spent my last day hanging between utsunomiya and Fukushima taking videos of train passings haha. Tip: if you take the yamabiko from Sendai (or see it coming in) to Fukushima, you'll be passed by a hayabusa, so if you go all the way to the front you can take a cool shot of the standing train and passing train. Same for the other direction.
Happy New Year! I'm helping two travel clients plan their first trip to Japan as well as planning my 3rd trip back for my 40th in 2024. Since I can't be there in person your videos help me discover new things to see and stay up to date on any new experiences or technology- like those self heating bento. I don't remember seeing those last time I was there and I find them really intriguing 🤔 Simple premise I guess but intriguing nonetheless.
Watching your videos every time makes me missed Japan so much. Hope I can visit Japan soon when the weather gets better. Thank you for the video. Wishing you safe travel in Hokkaido and a Happy New Year!
This Video is Exceptional. The Speed of th SHINKANSEN IS greatly displayed. I love the Fabulous Bentos and how they can warmed. BATHROM AMENITIES were displayed; that's important to me. Great Video.

I'm so glad that India went with the Japanese HSR. It is expensive to acquire for sure, but if I'm able to witness a wide network of the Shinkansen in India before I die, that would be some dream.

There were stories a year ago that in Japan there is a train that reaches a speed of 604 and now they say 320 so what is correct?
