Add info on Latitude, Longitude and Address (Street name and number, city, state, zip code and country) of a device submitting google forms. Linking user’s location within google forms.
Google forms integration with google maps.

After several attempts I discovered the reasons why Master Khizer's codes apparently didn't work. I was copying them directly from the Drive file in the Browser. This added expressions to the code, which made it buggy.
You need to OPEN the code for editing, and then COPY the code.

Super ! Just curious, can this script collect geo locations when not in cell or wifi range (ex in the field)? using the internal GPS of your phone.

Thank you very much for the nice tutorial. But, I got some problems. When I access the form with my device, it works. But, when the other device want to access, it need permission to web app. I have tried to change the access setting, but it still same. Would you mind to fix it ? Big thanks

Hi Dear , I was able to collect the geolocation for the first input only , the other inputs arrives to the google sheet without addresses , why please ?
Sir is there any option to add some other column like Mobile Advertising IDs, Horizontal Accuracy, Timestamp, country codes etc..

I want to make one google form which can capture the location of the respondent. I was searching that how making this feature in google forms & I found this video. As I am not an expert in coding, but I need this coding so that I can make a form which can collect the current location of the respondent. If somebody can help me, I will be thankful for them. Thanks for the video. It worked once and the entry was in RED color font. After that we tried submitting from different countries, but it is not capturing the geo coordinates. How can I fix it?

hi, i tested to run the finished form on the phone. I have one problem tho... the geocode demo project didn't run as smoothly as it was tested on a desktop chrome. I need help running the geocode demo via phone.

Double check the spelling of file name 'Code', spelling (case sensitive) must be identical in both file name (name of the file which you downloaded) and as well as in the script editor
It is working fine but for some of the users, the geolocation we are getting, is not correct.
What could be the reason and how can we resolve the same?
Add some delay to the code to return a position successfully.
