This was the only type of tram there was when I came to Melbourne 33 years ago. Great in the summer because, whilst they had no aircon, they would leave the doors open, you could hop on and off as they were moving. You'd hear the deafening chorus of cicadas on your ride to and from work. I lived in Carlton and would hop off at the top of Lyon st and get a gelato on hot evenings. I fell in love with Melbourne in small part because of these trams!
Hi Bro, ang ganda po ng kapaligiran diyan, ang lalaki ng building at ang gaganda at tataas din. Ang lalaki ng sasakyan at ang poporma pa with 3 door , palagi po kayo mag ingat sa byahe nyo Bro.
Great video m8!! Love the route 35 tram, it is a great piece of still existing Melbourne history! i also love how there is a guide on the tram, why can't they have that on newer trams?? Because i don't have a car i use trams almost everyday, i was and still am a big fan of them and also have a collection of model trams. Just posted a video at Cooks Cottage / Fitzroy Gardens!
This tram is one of our free travel vintage trams kept going for use by visitors and other people to Melbourne.
You are totally right and it’s for free :)
