the train is a refresh version of what is currently out now (to be phased out this year). the action bricks are not magnetic, like the current one, the train have light sensor beneath that detects colors, and the train reacts to what color it detected (like stop, reverse, play sound, turn on/off lights). you can in fact place colored paper beneath the train to imitate the action bricks
Thank you for this video, wonder whether new train is compatible with all interactive tiles... it seems so because all the tiles has different colors from previous ones.
@@0Nives0 olt trains (10874 and 10875) probably would need firmware update...they posses Bluetooth so it could be possible, but I think Lego would not bother.
