God I love the way you present these sorta profound philosophical ideas mixed with nonsense that somehow just makes sense. Reminds me of the gags I used to do for friends long ago. My character was more of a crazy teacher with a thrift store blazer. They got a bang out of it and I think it made them think.

I have been partying too much with depression and mental health issues LOL! Now I am attempting to fix myself and that's hard work. I felt like running away after court on Friday, the whole week last week was very strenuous. So, I decided to go to Bwlchgwyn in Wales (UK). OMG, the walk was amazing through the countryside lanes, fields and glorious woodland with rivers and streams, hills, WOW, it was honestly amazing! I felt cleansed with the fresh air, but still was carrying baggage that can't go away, because of the issues and problems that have been going on for 18 months. -18 months of HELL. But felt relief with all that walking, I decided to walk back home in Wrexham, it was a very long walk but didn't want to stop walking LOL. I think I walked around 12 miles for 7hrs. Maybe it could have been 15miles, but I wasn't interested in counting what miles I was doing. I wish I could walk out there again. It seriously is therapeutic! Your videos are great Rodney, thank you for creating motivational videos, you feel like a good friend. Thank you!
After hiking, my favorite part of the universe to eat is a brick oven oober thin crust pizza w/Parma ham, garlic, basil, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, & aged parmesan cheese.. Do u have a favorite Rodney? I bet u have cool hikes near u. Thanks again for a fun video😂
The point is loving yourself is taking care of yourself. Definitely, easier said than done when someone is too lazy to go outside and hike instead of playing video games or they're too addicted to fast food to instead eat more vegetables and skinless roasted chicken.
