- It's only appropriate that I remake AA trilogy content instead of creating videos about the latter half of the series

I noticed that almost exactly two years had passed since I made the first one. Since the original files for that video have since been lost, I thought it would be fun to completely remake everything (graphics, animation) for the 2021 new year!!

I'm dumb. It took me 10 watches to realize that the attorney badge wasn't drawn less well than the rest, it's the cardboard badge

If you listen closely, “Me I” also resembles “Mia”
There was also when it said "perfect crime" it shows Manfred von Karma, a man of perfection, holding a gun.
RULES UPON THE DEAD FOR MAYA AND MIA WAS FIRE
The music in the background is going kinda weird (In 3:14) then it's going back to the first crime. (I think it's going backward).
The minimalist style and quickly cut movements are beautifully haunting and absolutely perfect for courtroom conspiracies. Not to mention the colours and effects!! AAAAHHHHHGGGG SO GOOD!!!!

I really like the ending showcasing EVERY defendant in order, and then showing EVERY killer in reverse order
also the matt engarde bit is great too
It was quite the icing on the cake.
I just wish lawyer Phoenix was included in the defendant line up, since technically, he was one before, too (Turnabout Sisters).

I LOVED the part where it went all fuzzy on Richard Wellington's part since he couldn't see without his glasses and saw the gloves as bananas. There are so many good details here!

Morgan asked pearl to channel dahlia and said that it's for maya's sake but she planned to kill maya. Thats why pearl is confused

Ron DeLite only stole once for having money for his wife but Atmey started manipulating him for doing It more times even at the cost of Ron's job.

The DL-6 was a mystery for lots of years, it was perfect like the criminal's record
"You said the gun was mine"
Yanni Yogi was accused of committing the DL-6 incident, althought he was innocent (Plus, the weapon of that case was a gun)
"But i got smarter I got harder in the nick of time"
During his college years Phoenix was vulnerable and manipulable but years later he became more mature (Plus, the NICK of time)
"Honey i Rose Up from the dead i do It all the time"*
Mia Fey was Phoenix's mentor, but when he started his career she got murdered luckly she was part of the Fey family, a family of mediums, so she helped Phoenix in some cases in the body of her sister Maya or her cousin Pearl.

Morgan Fey was supposed to be the Kurain master but her powers were so weak compared to the ones of her younger sister Misty, that's why she became the Kurain master instead of Morgan. From that moment on, Morgan grew a huge envy of her sister to the point were she tried to put her niece Maya in jail and, after failling, tried to murder her.

Phoenix, Maya and Pearl came to the Hazakura temple for Maya's training at the night, so they tecnically stayed there to sleep.
The second part it's more tricky, but when Edgeworth and Iris were alone at the cavern there was an earthquake. Edgeworth was afraid of them and had a mental breakdown who left him incounsious. When that happend, Iris sister Dahlia who was inside the cavern trapped her and locked her inside of It and stole her clothes to pretend to be her.

Pearl was tricked to be on a plan to kill her cousin Maya. She was still very little and she didn't understood some words in the plan that they gave her, and she misunderstood Gravely with Gravy, so she went to Misty Fey's photo and threw gravy sauce at It.

Edgeworth grew with the von Karma family, which gave him lots of knowledge of how to do things at the von Karma way, no matter how questionable was It

Mimi Miney accidentally murdered 14 pacients at the clinic she worked in, and later she had a car accident on which her sister Ini died. She tried to hide her true identity saying that she was her sister Ini and that Mimi was the one who died. She even made a surgery to look like her.

Joe Darke was a serial killer who murdered some people, but something was odd in his last murder, the death of inspector Neil Marshall, something didn't fit in the story, that was because he actually wasn't responsable. Police chief Damon Gant did it and manipulated the crime scene to make think his companion Lana Skye It was her younger sister Emma's fault. When she arrived at the scene she hided evidence against Emma and said It was Darke's fault and like that she hided what she thought was the truth.
"Sorry, Diego Armando can't come to the phone now. Why? Cause he's dead"
Not only i love the fact that Diego's name disappears from the mug because Godot can't see red on a white background, but also simbolizes that he's dead. Not literally, but metaphorically. He's now became Godot and he's burried his past, he's a different person than before, and we all know how much Godot loves metaphors (specially if they are coffee related)

Another thing I want to point out inot lyric related but at the end you see all the defendants (from case 1 to the last case) then all the murderers (from the last case to case 1)

What I really love about this video is that it showcases even the minor cases, because while some of them don’t have too big of an impact, they all collectively influenced the original trilogy’s journey. Incredible job.
The fact I liked is that the Ace Attorney fandom is still not dead.. this video is new and it is quite popular. I am 😁.

I’ve been watching this video religiously for so long and only now did I notice Shelly De Killer creeping up Behind Matt during the “I don’t trust nobody and nobody trusts me” part
This animatic takes Swift's lyrics and makes them make PERFECT sense in the context of the game. This is literally brilliant - (and also so telling that we know who everyone is just by a few simple shapes and lines, which also shows your amazing ability as an artist!!) and also bone-chilling. ALSO I FORGOT ABOUT THE KARMA LINE AND YOU USED THAT PERFECTLY!!! Lovely lovely job!!!

This is… insanely well made. Every lyric is literally matching with some part of the plot. As a swiftie and an AA fan I’m absolutely mindblown of this accuracy
And the fact that all the characters are SO obvious from such simple shapes is just insane. For me it’s the miles smug side smile that did it. Cannot imagine how my mind just instantly knew what it was
That part with Matt and the references make me scream. This is so well done. I really like the use of shapes and colors on this.

Clicked on a whim and I absolutely love this. Great timing, such a cool and effective art/animation style, the sync with the lyrics was both very clever and very funny. I'm sending it to everyone lol. Personal fave shots: "honey I rose up from the dead I do it all the time" with Mia, "maybe I got mine but you'll all get yours" with demon Dahlia, the blurry eyesight on the 'bananas', the transition between Moe and Gourd Lake, and of course Godot can't come to the phone.

I still think about the old video, and for a new one to suddenly pop up was a real treat. I love some of just the tiny new touches added to this version that elevate it - Moe's blue turning into lake blue, taking Iris' hood off, adding Dahlia's eyes, and Diego's name disappearing off the coffee cup. I didn't know I could love it more, but I do.
I have finally finished the original trilogy and can appreciate this masterpiece on a deeper level

OH MY GOD! i watched the original like, 10 times since i first discovered it in october 2019 and just when i thought it couldnt get any better, IT DID! the minimalistic style, the subtle references (the blurred mitt, the red blood on the white cup), the lyric syncing, the effects, the saturated colors, and the simple animation ALL make this a captivating watch! i cant wait to see more content from you (even if its more aa trilogy content haha)
