Resident Evil 3 (1999) MOD "Nemesis Scenario" is a next-generation modification that allows players to control Nemesis and explore Raccoon City. In 1999, many Resident Evil fans were eagerly anticipating the opportunity to play as Nemesis, but Capcom did not provide that option. Finally, in 2023, my childhood dream came true. Players can now chase Jill and engage in combat with her as Nemesis. Regardless of the weapon equipped, Nemesis can attack enemies using punches. Additionally, under certain conditions, he can use his tentacles for attacks. Capcom has not hidden any data regarding a playable Nemesis; everything has been created from scratch. I hope this MOD brings joy to many RE fans.
This MOD offers two game modes. The first is the Original Mode, where players can enjoy the original game's story as Nemesis. The second is the Arrange Mode, where players control Nemesis to hunt down S.T.A.R.S. members and mercenaries. Depending on Nemesis's actions, battles with the targets can become advantageous or disadvantageous. Players will also have the opportunity to encounter other survivors in Raccoon City. Please refer to the details below.
[The Original Mode]
Nemesis's HP is 200
Nemesis Heals with herbs and sprays
Nemesis can attack enemies with punches ("Switch Target" button + "UP" button)
Nemesis can use various weapons
Carlos can also attack enemies with punches
Hunters use Kubikiri even if Nemesis is in FINE status
The Story and Enemy/Item locations are the same as the original game
[The Arrange Mode]
Nemesis's HP is 800
Nemesis can't use herbs or sprays. NE-alpha secretes Cell Activator and recovers Nemesis's HP, when:
1) Eliminate survivors
2) Damage S.T.A.R.S. (except Boss Fights)
3) Break his old memory (It might be a favorite of his precious person)
Nemesis can attack enemies with punches ("Switch Target" button + "UP" button)
Nemesis can attack enemies with his tentacles after arriving at the Clock Tower
Rocket Launcher is the only weapon Nemesis can use
Hunters use Kubikiri even if Nemesis is in FINE status
Enemy/Item locations are Changed
Boss "Jill" is weakened, when:
1) Pick up her ammo or sprays before she gets
2) Blow up the oil drum before she uses
3) Deal damage to her before Boss fights
Targets survivors with "Aim(towards all targetable objects)" button
Added new cutscenes
Required:
1. [DVD-ROM] BIOHAZARD3 PC (SOURCENEXT, 2006) for Windows XP/2000
2. PC the above software can be run on (I used Windows10 64bit PC)
The game can be started without the disc, but the movie cannot be played.

Playing 3 from the perspective of Nemesis is such an awesome concept. Well done.
I legitimately thought this was some sort of cut gamemode until I read it was a mod, this is pretty well made and the fact that you made it from scratch is a lot more impressive I'm looking forward to see what the full version will bring, thank you for making this mod!
Lol love how you can choose to be good or evil to the surviving citizens. Love how Dario just sees the hulking monster nemesis as more of an annoying inconvenience lol.
Fun Fact: Dario and the Nemesis both have the same voice actor, Tony Rosato, who was also a supporting cast member on Saturday Night Live and the voice of Luigi on Super Mario World ("That's Mama Luigi to you, Mario!")

This proves that the item chest is like a bank and is so neutral that Nemesis can not see Jill's items and Jill does not see Nemesis's items in it. Long live the Item chest!😆

Dear Komizo-san, today I had the pleasure of trying the demo of your mod and I had an absolute blast! I first tried out the arrange mod, and when I started controlling Nemesis and pursuing Jill, I can't put into the words the excitement I felt. Finally, I could do one of those things I always wanted to do when I was a child playing RE3 all those years ago. When I finally got to the RPD and I got the chance to face Jill, I felt another rush of excitement and I was smiling from ear to ear and laughing out loud. It was incredible! After finishing the demo, I was left wanting more so I immediately tried out the original mode and I'm so happy to say that that was also incredible. The poses Nemesis makes when aiming the guns are so cool! The pose he makes when aiming the assault rifle and shotgun are particularly badass. And then there's the distorted voice lines. That detail was hilarious. When I reached the RPD once again and got to face another Nemesis and we started punching the shit out of each other, I couldn't stop laughing. I loved it. Thank you so much for this mod, man. I'm really, really looking forward to the full mod! RE3 is one of my favorite games and to see someone like you that puts so much effort and love into these mods fills me with immense happiness. Thank you once again. Keep up the amazing work!
As an RE fan, I feel a sense of accomplishment with this MOD. The full version will bring more surprises and delights to many classic RE fans. Fighting Jill with Magnum is very exciting. Nemesis' tentacle attack is a pleasure. Look forward to it!

This is amazing, the only thing lacking are zombie aggression, if they somehow ignore nemesis then it would be perfect!.
I guess these Japanese Biohazard games for PC were a lot more flexible since there is so many mods for these versions that has come out over the years.

My only complain is that it takes the remake approach at the start, no tension. Jill's first encounter with the nemesis should always be the RPD. Like it would be cool if nemesis gets dropped at the RPD's heliport like Mr X, maybe a couple of encounters with Birkin like in the manwha then you find brad and your first encounter with Jill! Otherwise this mod looks amazing, you just fulfilled a childhood dream of mine of playing as the nemesis with his own scenario and story. Thank you so much, i'm looking forward for this mod and can't wait to play it in full!

I loved your attention to evey detail, incluiding when and how things happens in the game.
I love that Nemesis can't punch Jill whilst she's in Marvin's office. Such a great nod to the strategy many players used to kill him there in the original game. It's a bit of a shame it's been spoiled in this video and not left for players to find, but I love it anyway.
I mean, I don't think a spoiler from over 20 years ago is that big of a deal. Then again, I didn't even know about it lol
