feel the music, don't rush in and just do moves
express the character, don't just do moves/techniques
have variations in energy so it's not boring, but don't reset and lose the momentum as well

It's interesting to hear what he thinks of each move. In this event, he has a lot of critiques about people's flavour and character and he really consider what the technique means in the performance, like acting in theater.
