Musicians are only called for accompaniment unlike western countries where musicians are performing as lead and they can sing too. The focus has to be given to create solo , song writing rather than only singing. We have enough singers already .

If your only reference to guitar based music is some ill informed random video showing the socially unacceptable version of metal music, you are terribly misinformed. I have no idea why people are celebrating this guy as a guitar legend - his tunes are copied, his playing is mediocre at best, something which even a beginner guitarist can reproduce. Metal music - the kind of music that you define to have crazy head swing and howling - demand's incredible talent and endurance. Of course - there are always some versions of it that is just plain nonsense - but believe me - anything produced by half decent metal/ rock artists is light years ahead of anything this guy ever did. No hating, but stop buying into mediocrity.

If your only reference to guitar based music is some ill informed random video showing the socially unacceptable version of metal music, you are terribly misinformed. I have no idea why people are celebrating this guy as a guitar legend - his tunes are copied, his playing is mediocre at best, something which even a beginner guitarist can reproduce. Metal music - the kind of music that you define to have crazy head swing and howling - demand's incredible talent and endurance. Of course - there are always some versions of it that is just plain nonsense - but believe me - anything produced by half decent metal/ rock artists is light years ahead of anything this guy ever did. No hating, but stop buying into mediocrity.
