I've been traveling in New Mexico this summer and there happens to be an extreme heat wave going on at the moment. In this video, I'll share some tips and tricks for staying cool while living the RV Nomadic lifestyle.
I am a single female traveler, wandering the USA in my 2014 Phoenix Cruiser with my beautiful mixed breed dog Jazzy. Living life on the road for 365 days a year, I find joy in the company of wonderful friends and the breathtaking sights our country offers.
Whether it's the tranquility of a quiet sunrise or the camaraderie of nomadic friendships, each moment is a cherished chapter.
I usually choose the road less traveled, often dry camping without services. My electrical needs are met by solar power, harnessing the sun's energy to charge my house batteries.

It certainly did. Rain started in the night and continues this morning. My stuff is back. 😅
I've parked myself where I'm all nicely plugged in. Here, our highs have been around 107-109. Great video! Loved your bloopers too! Have fun out there and see you down the road!
It's a good thing you are plugged in with temps that high!! I am surprised I made it through temps up to 100 without using the generator. I'm so glad it has come back down to the 80s. What state are you in?

I do find the sun shade makes a big difference
Agreed. I bought two of them a couple years ago. A pain to store when you don't need them but so awesome to have when you do. I hope you are staying cool where you are!

Yes it is pretty hot here in NM. I sure hope you are able to say cool. Great tips. My cooler here at my house is needing some new pads so Your tips have come in handy I have been doing Tip #21 my favorite. Stay cool girl!! ( My son just put new pads on my cooler) Awesome cool now. 😊

If it gets too hot then get a motel room for a few days. With a pool. And laundry machines. And an ice maker. Eat cold watermelon and cantaloupe.
All great ideas, but there is the cost factor. I'm the type to tough it out if at all possible.
