- Donald Trump's accuser, E. Jean Carroll, faced more intense cross-examination over her claim that Trump raped her in a department store dressing room nearly three decades ago. Trump’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, says she's accused other men of sexual assault in the past, but only brought a court case against Donald Trump. He says she never seemed to get emotional talking about the alleged encounter with Trump during her many media appearances. Trump denies Carroll's allegations.

Every rape victim needs to be heard, and every defendant has the right to defend themself in a court of law. The burden of proof is on the victim though, so Carroll better have some facts to back up her claim.

In order for Trump to appear, his movement would need to be coordinated preliminarily by a Secret Service advance team hours beforehand each day that he is present, so that a tactical plan could be developed. Trump's earlier arraignment caused complete chaos in NYC and the courthouse. Franklin D. Roosevelt Drive was shut down for a significant period while Trump traveled to the courthouse and streets within a three-block radius of the court were blocked off while he was there.
