Now, Steve, you KNOW bright red or purple suits you better than baby blue! Great ideas, though, and now I've got even *more* cra...stuff!...to make. Thanks, everso. I'll remember you in my will. ❤ Ideas are now swimming in my head, begging to be implemented, Right This Instant! Wishing I'd ordered that gummy UV...
I like the earrings on you.... So pretty!!! Now I have to try the thin 🎀 ribbons!!! Did the wider ones sometime ago and loved how they look, so did everyone who saw them... Thanks for sharing with us! Stay safe, you do you, and stay crafty!👍👍🔔🔔🦋🦋

Hello Steve I am an avid follower and subscriber. I would love to see your take on making a set of cuff links with resin. Add a little glitter to it and make it sparkle. Thanks in advance.
I think I have your answer sir-go get yourself a pasta dough roller thing. It has a hand crank and you put the uncooked dough through these plates that squeeze and flatten the dough. Use long cure resin preferably 24 hours or so… Take a piece of plastic use your pipettes squeeze a little resin out in a line just like you did but just on the plastic… And about three or four or five hours in when you can physically pick up the line but it’s not too sticky… Put it through the roller! I’ve used this method with other mediums and I bet you it’ll work! Good luck ❤
Honestly, though, even if the earrings aren't your colour, they are the perfect length and shape for you - and the colour matches your glasses. I love the effect of the ones you hardened at a tilt, especially the one with the dark background. Is that just black mica powder, or something fancier, like gunmetal? Edit. I just read what I wrote, and have to add, the colour looks good on you, but "not your colour" in the sense you maybe don't like wearing it.
Steve I have 3d doodler I use and I always have bits and pieces. Left over could I use those in there instead of using the resin strips? also I am new to this could you also in your videos include the price you charge so I would know what to charge when I sell them. thank you if you could answer if you get a second thanks ❤❤❤❤
Hi Steve. My son in law wants me to make toilet brush holders, but can’t find any moulds. Any idea how I could make a mould instead of forking for whatever I can find? I already made toothbrush holders and soap dishes. I’m new to resin but love it and your ideas etc. thanks
I like the silver earrings on you. They look nice! My pierced ears have closed up because I haven't worn earrings since covid began. I went to put a pair in and could not get it through the hole. I guess I will just leave it closed. wear a cuff maybe. All the little ways covid has affected us. Boggles the mind.
don't know which "cord" to buy for the necklaces you have there, is it nylon or satin or what, and is it called cording? Having trouble looking it up on Amazon, pics aren't really clear. Any help?

Maybe all the golds! Rose gold, copper and gold? ❤❤❤
Suits you sir 😉Couldn’t you draw lines of resin directly on to the silicone mat and peel off ? x

Love your videos
You crack me up so much!
They're really cute. I'm not interested in making shakers, but these are nice. A young child might even want to wear them as a necklace.
That is so cool! I love how all of them turned out1 I am definitely going to have to try this.
I’ve used acetate papers in strips to the same effect, works well
Wow I love all of these! The earrings look fab on you! Might have to give them a try, but knowing me, I’ll probably make a right mess 😅😅
Oooh…try using one of those Whig jigs used for wire wrapping to create more cool shapes.
love it 😍
Awesome ☺

I much liked the earrings on you. Perhaps not your style, but they suit you well!
Thanks
Turn the two ends of tape slightly down, sticky out and stick to container first @5:26.

Hi Steve. Another great video. Where did you get the heart within a heart mould please.. It's very nice

Could you use quilling paper and brush with clear nail polish
I have used card in the past. without any sealing, it worked a treat 😀
ye iv used quilling paper before it's good
It’s like paperquilling! I have a ton of already made coils I may play with in some resin..just need to seal them first
Cool, but couldn't you pipe the resin onto the silicone mat, without the trouble of the acetate straps? Just a thought.
Sure! If you want squiggly, out of control lines. 😊 The acetate helps create surface tension for the resin.
Can we use kitchen silicone mat for resin.... please tell me
Worryingly the earrings suited you x
Lol

I have a question - if you can cut this with a knife or scissors, why not just pour a very thin sheet, then slice into strips when semi hard ?
I'm new at this can u use uv light on reg resin
I don't think I've thought of using resin as an inlay for resin. Aside from the mosaic type things
I wonder if edges makes a difference ?
Am I a member .with all I have watched and or not....Patsy N. C.
You have you pay for membership, not just watch a lot

Used to be interesting!
@@SteveMcDonaldArtsandCrafts you!
This was a good video until you put the earrings on.
