That entire construction team went straight to PAUSE, watching the man walk over fresh concrete.
Back in the day, I worked for the city street department. We were repairing a section of sidewalk. It was coned, taped and had signs everywhere, "wet cement", and a couple still walked into it. They started ranting about suing the city and us. My boss pointed out the signs and everything very calmly and asked for their names and address. When asked why, he said he'd know where to send the bill. They left.
He was huffing whatever was in that bag and high af. I suppose the workers were playing it safe and just let him go, instead of confronting him and getting fuked up.

The dude's dog turning around and running, FULL speed, not only into him taking him down, but also into the car door, AND getting back up to continue running after to fetch...PRICELESS! I could watch that a thousand times and still laugh!
I had a dog like that. He was black. It was terrifying at night not knowing when the furpedo would take your legs out.

The drink on top of the car thing, I get. My daughter was only 10 at the time, and accidentally left a vanilla milkshake from Sonic on the roof while we were on vacation in Myrtle Beach. It was steaming hot that day over 100 degrees, and my car was recently fully detailed. Needless to say I had to make another quick visit to the carwash. She still laughs about it to this day, until I show her the bill for the detail (...yes, I still have it to this day!!)

As a retired truck driver of 40 years, I've lost count of how many bikers I've seen srappped off the highways due to lane splitting and filtering. People don't pay attention to semi's, you think they're looking for bikes? That rider was going too fast , they got what they deserved.

The first one, the car suspended on the utility pole support cable:
I was a rookie sheriff's deputy in a small town in 1971. There was an older lady elementary school teacher who used to hang out in the local pubs. I don't know how she kept her job, because she was always drinking. One night, while answering a call I drove past her car which was parked nosed into a utility pole directly beneath the same type of diagonal support cable you see in the video. We used to see her car in the club parking lots after they had closed, but I thought that this was an odd place for her to have left her car. After handling the call, I went back to her car and noticed that there weren't any tire tracks visible in the soft dirt leading up to her tires. I looked around a little more and found her tracks. They were behind her car going right up to that diagonal cable, and then they disappeared right where the cable went into the ground. I shined my light on the cable, and sure enough, the top of that cable was polished like a new dime, all the way up to the wooden utility pole where there was a horizontal gash in the wood. At that point, I thought "Oh my God! She's dead in that car!" I immediately looked, and the car was empty.
Another unit responded to her house, and there she was at home. She told the other deputy that she had been in a horrible wreck, and had walked home, just arriving a few minutes before the deputy had arrived. She told him that she had been driving home when she dropped her cigarette on the floorboard. She panicked, thinking her car was about to burst into flames, and was frantically trying to find the cigarette when her car felt like it went airborne and started spinning and tumbling just before there was a horrible crash. She found herself in the backseat, and got out to see if the occupant(s) of the other vehicle she hit was/were ok. She thought they must have been OK, because they were already gone when she got out.
The only solution to this mystery is that she climbed that wire all the way to the pole, and then her car fell to the ground, doing a 360 degree flip to land back on its wheels. (One tire was blown out.) The crash with the other car was, in fact, the ground.
We turned the case over to the highway patrol, and I don't know how the investigation concluded, but she taught for many years after that.
Whenever I've told that story, most people doubt that those diagonal cables would support a car's weight. Now I can point them to this video!
